    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. Neural networks may assist user equipments (UEs) and base stations in performing various operations related to wireless communications. For example, neural networks may be used to generate non-orthogonal cover codes for transmitting reference signals such as channel state information-reference signals (CSI-RSs). A base station may transmit, to a UE, a CSI-RS associated with a non-orthogonal cover code of a set of non-orthogonal cover codes. Using the CSI-RS, the UE may perform a channel estimation procedure that corresponds to the non-orthogonal cover code. Based on the channel estimation procedure, the UE may transmit a feedback message to the base station that indicates a channel quality parameter. Additionally, or alternatively, a UE may receive a CSI-RS, determine a precoding matrix using the CSI-RS and neural network, and transmit an indication of the pre-coding matrix to a base station.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may jointly measure channel state information (CSI) resources corresponding to a first reporting occasion of a first CSI report in setting and a second reporting occasion of a second CSI report setting if the first reporting occasion is linked to the second reporting occasion based at least in part on a slot position of the first reporting occasion relative to a slot position of the second reporting occasion. The first CSI report setting may be associated with the second CSI report setting for reporting CSI associated with non-coherent joint transmission. The UE may transmit a first report for the first CSI report setting at the first reporting occasion and a second report for the second CSI report setting at the second reporting occasion.     Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for providing power consistency in uplink demodulation reference signal (DMRS) bundling. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes identifying that a first uplink transmission having DMRS bundling overlaps in time with a second uplink transmission in one or more transmission occasions. The method also includes allocating, in response to the identification, a transmit power among the first uplink transmission and the second uplink transmission at the one or more transmission occasions based on the first uplink transmission having the DMRS bundling. The method further includes transmitting at least one of the first uplink transmission or the second uplink transmission in the one or more transmission occasions at the allocated transmit power.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may report a recommended physical resource block (PRB) bundling size to a network. For example, a UE may select a PRB bundling size based on one or more parameters that indicate channel characteristics of a channel. Upon selecting the PRB bundling size, the UE may transmit (e.g., as part of a channel state feedback (CSF) report) an indication of the selected PRB bundling size to a base station. The base station may use the indicated PRB bundling size to configure communications with the UE. In such cases, PRB bundling size assumptions for a reference resource may be aligned with the PRB bundling size indication included in a same CSF report. In some examples, the base station may configure CSF reporting that includes (or excludes) the PRB bundling size recommendation based on UE capabilities.
