Abstract: Example message transmission methods and apparatus are provided. One example method includes obtaining a first correspondence by a core network device, where the first correspondence includes a correspondence between target device information and first time sensitive networking (TSN) domain information. The target device information is used to identify a target device, and the first TSN domain information is used to identify a TSN domain to which a first TSN device belongs. The core network device receives a multicast message from a second TSN device, where the multicast message includes second TSN domain information which is used to identify a TSN domain to which the second TSN device belongs. The core network device sends the multicast message to the target device when determining, based on the second TSN domain information and the first correspondence, that the second TSN device and the first TSN device belong to a same TSN domain.

Abstract: A data transmission method and corresponding apparatus are provided. The method implemented by a terminal device includes: receiving indication information from a network device, where the indication information includes a bit sequence, a value of an ith bit in the bit sequence indicates a usage status of an ith logical channel in M logical channels associated with a radio bearer, and a duplication transmission function is configured for the radio bearer; transmitting data based on the indication information through at least one logical channel associated with the radio bearer. According to the application, the M logical channels are sorted based on IDs of cell groups associated with the M logical channels and IDs of the M logical channels, and the ith bit indicates the usage status of the ith logical channel, thereby enabling the terminal transmitting data via at least one logical channel associated with the radio bearer.

Abstract: A communication method and apparatus is provided, to properly schedule retransmission of an uplink resource in a scenario in which uplink resources overlap in time domain. The method includes: determining, by a terminal, that a priority of a first uplink resource is higher than a priority of a second uplink resource in the first uplink resource and the second uplink resource that have an overlapping part in time domain; and when determining to send a signal by using the first uplink resource on the overlapping part, indicating, by the terminal to a network device, whether a MAC PDU is formed for the second uplink resource or whether data is stored in a corresponding buffer for the second uplink resource.

Abstract: This application provides a radio scheduling method and apparatus. The radio scheduling method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a first message from a network device, where the first message indicates at least one index, each of the at least one index associated to an uplink grant resource corresponding to a logical channel; obtaining, by the terminal, a first uplink grant resource from the network device; determining, by the terminal, a first logical channel based on an index of the first uplink grant resource and the at least one index, wherein the at least one index comprises the index of the first uplink grant resource. The radio scheduling method in embodiments of this application helps ensure that the terminal selects an appropriate logical channel, thereby helping satisfy reliability requirements of different services.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving data sent by a terminal in an inactive state, where the data includes to-be-sent data sent by the terminal and identification information of the terminal; determining an anchor base station of the terminal based on the identification information; and sending the data to the anchor base station, so that the anchor base station sends the data to a core-network device. The uplink data of the terminal is forwarded to the anchor base station by using a serving base station and through an interaction between the anchor base station and the serving base station that currently provides an air interface resource for the terminal, and is then transmitted to a core network.
