    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and devices for wireless communication including an apparatus, e.g., a UE and/or base station. The apparatus can select one or more rows or one or more columns in a DFT matrix, the one or more rows being even-numbered rows in the DFT matrix and the one or more columns being even-numbered columns in the DFT matrix. The apparatus can also determine an orthogonal matrix based on the one or more rows or the one or more columns in the DFT matrix, the orthogonal matrix having a size of (M×N)×(M×N) with M×N rows and M×N columns. Also, the apparatus can determine a codebook based on the orthogonal matrix, the codebook including a plurality of codepoints. The apparatus can also transmit at least one signal including a first codepoint of the plurality of codepoints in the codebook.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for compact downlink control information (DCI) signaling design for ultra-reliable low-latency communications (URLLC). A method for wireless communications performed by a base station (BS) is provided. The method generally includes generating DCI, the DCI scheduling at least one transmission, according to a first DCI format. The first DCI format is compressed relative to a second DCI format and includes a carrier indicator field (CIF) and/or a rate-matching indicator field. The BS transmits the DCI to a user equipment (UE). The UE communicates with the BS based on the received DCI.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a UE obtains measurement data associated with at least one PRS. The UE transmits, to a BS in a first L1 or L2 PSI report opportunity, a first PSI report indicative of a first set of measurement values associated with the at least one PRS based on the measurement data. The UE further transmits, to the BS in a second L1 or L2 PSI report opportunity that is subsequent to the first L1 or L2 PSI report opportunity, a second PSI report that is indicative of a second set of measurement values associated with the at least one PRS based on the measurement data, the second set of measurement values being refined from the first set of measurement values.

    Abstract: Embodiments include systems and methods for sidelink communications. In embodiments, a processor of a wireless device may determine signal strength information and priority information associated with a sidelink communication resource. The processor may determine coordination information based on the determined signal strength information and priority information. The processor may generate a message to include the determined coordination information. The processor may transmit the generated message including the determined coordination information to a second wireless device. In some embodiments, the generated message may be a control message, such as a medium access control control-element (MAC-CE) or a sidelink control information message.
