Abstract: A first network node may transmit, to a second network node via a PHY SERS, and the second network node may receive, from the first network node via the PHY SERS, an indication of a first subset of a set of parameters associated with a PHY signature. The first network node may transmit, to the second network node via L3 signaling, and the second network node may receive, from the first network node via L3 signaling, an indication of a remaining subset of the set of parameters associated with the PHY signature. The first network node may transmit, to the second network node, and the second network node may receive, from the first network node, a message based on the PHY signature. The second network node may decode the message based on the PHY signature.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure are directed to a method for wireless communication. The method generally includes receiving a message for dual-active-protocol stack (DAPs) handover (HO) from a source network entity to a target network entity, wherein carrier-aggregation (CA) is configured with the source network entity prior to reception of the message for HO, deactivating the CA in response to reception of the message for handover (HO) to activate a single carrier mode with the source network entity, and performing the HO from the source network entity to the target network entity during a HO period, wherein the single carrier mode is maintained with the source network entity during at least a portion of the HO period, and wherein connection with the target network entity is maintained during the at least the portion of the HO period.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, configuration information for a group-based discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle indicating one or more on durations associated with the group-based DRX cycle. The first UE may communicate, with a second UE, during an added on duration that is not included in the one or more on durations associated with the group-based DRX cycle, wherein the added on duration at least partially overlaps with an on duration associated with the second UE. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow AGC symbols to be applied for identifying or indicating target Rx UEs of sidelink communications from Tx UEs. A Tx UE transmits an AGC signal to a Rx UE in a RB associated with the Rx UE. The Rx UE receives the AGC signal from the Tx UE. The Tx UE transmits sidelink data to the Rx UE after the AGC signal. The Rx UE decodes sidelink data from the Tx UE in response to the AGC signal being received in a RB associated with the Rx UE. The Rx UE refrains from decoding the sidelink data from the Tx UE in response to the AGC signal being received in a different RB than the RB associated with the Rx UE. In this way, Rx UEs may save monitoring and processing power and time in receiving and decoding sidelink communications.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network node may transmit, to another network node, an indication of a duplex capability associated with the network node. The network node may receive, from the other network node, a configuration of a resource associated with a communication by the network node, wherein the configuration is based at least in part on the indication of the duplex capability associated with the network node. The network node may perform the communication in accordance with the configuration of the resource. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A wireless device (e.g., a UE or a base station) may identify a first subcarrier mapping associated with one or more redundant subcarriers. The one or more redundant subcarriers may correspond to one or more UWs in a UW-OFDM waveform. The wireless device may identify a second subcarrier mapping associated with one or more reference signals. A simultaneous application of the first subcarrier mapping and the second subcarrier mapping may be associated with one or more collisions. The wireless device may modify at least one of the first subcarrier mapping or the second subcarrier mapping to eliminate the one or more collisions. The wireless device may generate the UW-OFDM waveform based on the modified at least one of the first subcarrier mapping or the second subcarrier mapping. The wireless device may transmit a signal based on the generated UW-OFDM waveform.
