    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless positioning. In an aspect, a reduced-capability user equipment (UE) receives, from each of one or more premium UEs, one or more parameters indicating a quality of a location estimate of the premium UE, selects at least one premium UE based on the quality of the location estimate of the at least one premium UE, and derives a location estimate of the reduced-capability UE based on the location estimate of the at least one premium UE. In another aspect, a reduced-capability UE transmits, to at least one premium UE, a request to perform one or more positioning measurements of one or more downlink reference signals, receives, from the at least one premium UE, a measurement report comprising the one or more positioning measurements, and determines a location estimate of the reduced-capability UE based on the one or more positioning measurements in the measurement report.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration that indicates an association between a sounding reference signal (SRS) resource set and a downlink reference signal resource to be used to determine a transmission property of one or more SRSs in the SRS resource set, wherein the downlink reference signal resource is associated with a first set of ports to be used for performing measurement of the downlink reference signal resource. The UE may determine the transmission property of the one or more SRSs in the SRS resource set using fewer ports than a number of ports included in the first set of ports, based at least in part on a determination that the UE is operating in a power saving mode. The UE may transmit the one or more SRSs using the transmission property. Other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for providing channel state information associated with sidelink air interfaces. A method that may be performed by a first wireless node (e.g., a user equipment) includes receiving, from a base station, a reference signal (RS) configuration indicating one or more sidelink resource sets and transmitting, to one or more second wireless nodes, one or more sidelink reference signals based at least in part on the RS configuration. The method also includes receiving one or more feedback reports from the one or more second wireless nodes, wherein each of the feedback reports includes an ordered sequence of at least one parameter associated with a sidelink channel quality of the sidelink reference signals. The method further includes forwarding the one or more feedback reports to the base station.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, for a first radio access technology, signaling identifying a set of physical resource blocks for a tracking reference signal transmission configured in a bandwidth part of a system bandwidth. The UE may determine that a collision condition is satisfied for a first one or more physical resource blocks of the set of physical resource blocks. The UE may receive the tracking reference signal transmission in a second one or more physical resource blocks of the set of physical resource blocks based at least in part on determining that the collision condition is satisfied for the first one or more physical resource blocks.
