An electronic device comprises a housing, a circuit board, a cover and a switch. The housing comprises an opening receiving a card. The circuit board is disposed in the housing. The cover is disposed on the housing corresponding to the opening. The switch is disposed on the circuit board, wherein when the cover is moved, the cover actuates the switch to control the circuit board.

A rigid-flex PCB includes at least one rigid PCB (RPCB) and at least one flexible PCB (FPCB). Each RPCB has a connection section; first and second sections separately extended from two lateral edges of the connection section and having at least one FPCB bonding side each; and a weakening structure formed along each joint of the connection section and the first and second sections. Each FPCB has a bending section corresponding to the connection section on the RPCB; first and second sections separately extended from two lateral edges of the bending section and having at least one RPCB bonding side each corresponding to the FPCB bonding sides of the first and second sections of the RPCB. When a proper pressure is applied against the weakening structures, the RPCB may be easily bent broken at the weakening structures to remove the connection section therefrom.
Abstract:
Disclosed is an ion source comprising a plate-shaped source body which has radioactivity on its both sides and allows positive and negative ions to penetrate through the source body. The present invention gives beneficial effects. First, the ion source structure can improve the ionization efficiency of sample molecules, and the generated sample ions have a centralized distribution within a flat space on both sides of the source body. Such distribution of ion cloud facilitates to improve the IMS sensitivity. Meanwhile, the source body of the present invention has a transmittance in itself. Thus, positive and negative ions generated on both sides of the source body can penetrate through the source body and be separated to the both sides of the source body. In this way, it is possible to improve the utilization efficiency of ions.

By understanding a website author's intention through an analysis of the function of a website, website content can be adapted for presentation or rendering in a manner that more closely appreciates and respects the function behind the website. Various inventive systems and methods analyze a website's function so that its content can be adapted to different client environments, e.g. devices, network conditions, or user preferences. A novel function-based object model automatically identifies objects associated with a website, and analyzes those objects in terms of their functions. The function-based object model permits consistent, informed decisions to be made in the adaptation process, so that web content is displayed not only in an organized manner, but in a manner that reflects the author's intention.
Abstract:
A chuck is provided with a body, a plurality of jaws and an adjustment ring. The adjustment ring is threadably engaged with the jaws. When the adjustment ring is rotated in one direction, the jaws tighten by moving closer to each other. When the adjustment ring is rotated in the opposite direction, the jaws loosen by moving away from each other. An impact member is also provided for engagement with the adjustment ring. When the drive shaft of the power tool is rotated, the adjustment ring impacts against the impact member. As a result, the adjustment ring and the body of the chuck rotate relative to each other causing the jaws of the chuck to loosen or tighten depending on the direction the drive shaft is rotating.

A signal transmission cable is adapted to pass through a hinge assembly and includes a flexible circuit substrate. A first connection section is formed at a first end of the flexible circuit substrate and has a plurality of signal transmission lines provided thereon. A second connection section is formed at a second end of the flexible circuit substrate and has a plurality of signal transmission lines provided thereon. The cable further has a cluster section formed on the flexible circuit substrate between the first and the second connection sections, and has a plurality of signal transmission lines provided thereon to respectively connect at two ends to the signal transmission lines on the first and the second connection sections. The cluster section includes a plurality of clustered flat cables formed by cutting the flexible circuit substrate along a plurality of parallel cutting lines extended in the lengthwise direction of the flexible circuit substrate.

An apparatus and method for cell acquisition and downlink synchronization acquisition in an OFDMA wireless communication system are provided. In an SS apparatus in a broadband wireless communication system, a preamble subcarrier acquirer extracts subcarrier values having a preamble code from an FFT signal. A multiplier code-demodulates the subcarrier values by multiplying the subcarrier values by a preamble code. A correlator calculates a plurality of differential correlations in the code-demodulated signal. An IFFT processor IFFT-processes the differential correlations by mapping the differential correlations to subcarriers. A maximum value detector detects a maximum value from the IFFT signal and calculates a timing offset using an IFFT output index having the maximum value.

An apparatus and a method for driving the light source of a projector are provided. The apparatus includes an adjustment unit, a lamp driver, a phase lock loop (PLL) and a mercury lamp. The adjustment unit provides an enabling signal and regulates the frequency of the enabling signal according to an indication signal. The lamp driver provides a driving signal according to the enabling signal and an input voltage, wherein the frequency of the driving signal is varied with the frequency of the enabling signal. The PLL provides a synchronized driving signal according to the driving signal and a vertical synchronization signal, wherein the synchronized driving signal is phase-synchronous with the frame field of the projector. The mercury lamp serves as the light source of the projector according to the synchronized driving signal.

A function-based object model (FOM) identifies objects associated with a website, and analyzes those objects in terms of their functions.
