    摘要: A drill chuck and a drill apparatus is provided that includes a drilling machine, which has a motor and a machine spindle that is supported in rotary fashion in a machine housing. The a drill chuck is connected to the machine spindle and can be moved between a clamping configuration and a drilling configuration and has a clamping sleeve and a chuck body in which clamping jaws are movably guided by a threaded connection. When a sliding sleeve is moved relative to the chuck body between a first position that corresponds to the clamping configuration and a second position that corresponds to the drilling configuration, a flow of force traveling from the motor via the machine spindle to the threaded connection is shifted to a flow of force traveling from the motor via the machine spindle to the chuck body and vice versa.

    摘要: A chuck including a body having a tail section defining an annular shoulder and a nose section having an axial bore and angularly disposed passageways intersecting the axial bore. An O-ring is disposed in the annular shoulder and a plurality of jaws is slidably positioned in the passageways. A nut is rotatably mounted on the body in engagement with threads on the jaws. A first sleeve and a second sleeve each define a gripping surface thereon and one of the first and second sleeves is axially reciprocal on the body. The one of the first and second sleeves defines an annular groove on an inner surface thereof having a first shoulder and a second shoulder. The O-ring is received in the groove such that axial motion of the one of the first and the second sleeve is limited by abutment of the O-ring with said first and second shoulders.

    摘要: A chuck for use with a manual or powered driver having a housing and a rotatable drive shaft extending therefrom is provided. The chuck includes a generally cylindrical body member having a nose section and a tail section. Each of a plurality of jaws is slidably positioned in one of a plurality of angularly disposed passageways in the body. Each jaw has a jaw face formed on one side thereof and threads formed on the opposite side thereof. A nut is rotatably mounted on the body in engagement with the jaw threads so that rotation of the nut moves the jaws axially within the passageways. A locking member, in a first axial position, is rotatable with respect to the driver housing. In a second axial position, it operatively engages the housing and the nut so that the locking member is rotationally held to the housing and the nut so that the nut is rotationally held to the housing. The locking member is axially reciprocal between the first axial position and the second axial position.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a chuck mounted on a transmission shaft driven by a power source, and the chuck comprises a chuck body, plural jaws, a rear cap, an outer sleeve rotatablely fitted around the chuck body and located in front of the rear cap, and a transmission nut, characterized in that the chuck further comprises a drive pendulum support sleeve which is located between the outer sleeve and the transmission nut, connected with the outer sleeve and fitted around the chuck body; and a drive pendulum which is mounted on the drive pendulum support sleeve, swings between a first and second positions about its pivot axis, and has first and second drive portions, wherein the drive pendulum drives the transmission nut along a first transmission path through the first drive portion when it is in the first position, and drives the transmission nut along a second transmission path of more gripping force than the first transmission path through the second drive portion when it is in the second position. The present invention can provide greater gripping force, and is simple in structure and convenient in control.
