Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicate over multiple component carriers (CCs). The UE may receive control signaling indicating a joint feedback codebook configuration for jointly reporting feedback for a first CC, a second CC, and a virtual CC that may be mapped to a third CC and a fourth CC. The CE may then receive downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a first downlink transmission via the first CC and a second downlink transmission on the second CC, or both downlink transmissions may be scheduled via the virtual CC. The UE may transmit a joint feedback message for the first CC, the second CC, and the virtual CC based on the joint codebook configuration.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for grouping common DCI for CLI measurement and reporting. In a first aspect, a UE may receive DCI that is common to a group of UEs that includes the UE. The DCI may be configured to trigger at least one of an SRS transmission or a CLI measurement. The UE may transmit the SRS transmission and/or report the CLI measurement based on the DCI that is common to the group of UEs. In a second aspect, a base station may transmit at least one DCI that is common to the group of UEs to trigger the at least one of the SRS transmission or the CLI report for the group of UEs. The base station may receive the CLI report from at least a subset of UEs in the group of UEs.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support adaptive multi-component carrier scheduling for physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions. The UE may transmit to the base station a portion of the PUSCH transmission via the first number of component carriers. The UE may then transmit, to the base station, the remaining portion of the PUSCH transmission using a second number of component carriers based on an uplink packet delay budget (PDB) remaining after transmitting the portion of the PUSCH transmission via the first number of component carriers. Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) are described. A UE may receive control signaling from a serving base station. The control signaling may indicate a resource pattern to monitor for interference caused by downlink transmissions from a second base station. The UE may then perform a received signal strength indicator measurement of the downlink transmissions from the second base station in accordance with the resource pattern. Upon performing the received signal strength indicator measurement, the UE may transmit a measurement report including an indication of the received signal strength indicator measurement.
