    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first UE (User Equipment) to perform sidelink logical channel (SL LCH) establishment. In one embodiment, the method includes the first UE storing a list of sidelink configurations, wherein each entry in the list contains one sidelink configuration and at least one PC5 QoS identifier (PQI) associated with the one sidelink configuration. The method further includes the first UE selecting an entry in the list according to a PQI of a PC5 QoS flow from a sidelink service. The method also includes the first UE establishing a SL LCH for the PC5 QoS flow according to a sidelink configuration of the entry and assigning an identity for the SL LCH. In addition, the method includes the first UE transmitting information to a second UE for the second UE to establish the SL LCH, wherein the information includes at least the identity of the SL LCH, an identity of the PC5 QoS flow, and Transmission-Reception (TX-RX) aligned parameters included in the sidelink configuration. Furthermore, the method includes the first UE transmitting sidelink packet(s) from the PC5 QoS flow on the SL LCH.

    Abstract: A voice recognition method is provided. The voice recognition method includes: collecting a plurality of voice signals; extracting the voiceprint features of each of the voice signals; performing a data process on the voiceprint features, to convert the voiceprint features into a N-dimensional matrix, and N is an integer greater than or equal to 2; performing a feature normalization process on the N-dimensional matrix to obtain a plurality of voiceprint data; classifying the voiceprint data to generate a clustering result; finding out a centroid of each cluster according to the clustering result, and registering the voiceprint data adjacent to each of the centroid. The disclosure also provides an electronic device that adapted for the voice recognition method.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides an identification method with multi-type input, which is suitable for multiple type input devices. The identification method includes: capturing a corresponding original data through the input devices, and converting the original data into a plurality of structure units correspondingly. Performing a text integration step, deconstructing a text reference element corresponding to the attributes of the structural units based on the structural units and associated elements thereof, and performing a weight evaluation and reconstruction to generate a candidate content according to the text reference element. Making a decision based on the candidate content, outputting the candidate text as a recommended content when the candidate content includes a unique candidate text, and transmitting it to a corresponding output device. An electronic device using the identification method is also provided.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first device for performing sidelink transmission in a sidelink resource pool. In one embodiment, the first device has a configuration of the sidelink resource pool, wherein the sidelink resource pool is enabled with resource reservation for different Transport Blocks (TBs). The first device also has a configuration of a list of reserved periods. Furthermore, the first device selects or determines a first reserved period from the list of reserved periods, wherein the first selected or determined reserved period is within a first set of reserved periods. In addition, the first device randomly selects a first integer in a first interval, wherein the first interval is based on a scaling factor and a second interval, and the scaling factor is derived based on a largest reserved period in the first set of reserved periods, and wherein the first integer indicates a number of transmission opportunities of different TBs with the first reserved period. The first device further performs sidelink transmission of one TB on one transmission opportunity from the number of transmission opportunities.
