摘要： The modular relay has a base (1) on which a relay system (2, 3, 4) is constructed, as well as a printed circuit board (6) which stands upright on the base. Contact elements (41c, 42c, 43) of the relay are directly connected to flat connectors in the base, via conductor elements. Further conductor elements in the base likewise form flat connectors as connections for a modular circuit which is arranged on the printed circuit board. All conductor elements of the base additionally form solder connecting pins (51b to 56b), which are integrally formed, which all emerge in a row on one side wall of the base, and which are soldered to the printed circuit board in the lower edge region of said printed circuit board. This results in a compact modular structure for a relay having a maximum number of connecting elements, the allocation of these connecting elements being variable for different modular circuits.

摘要： An electromagnetic relay includes a winding, a magnetic core disposed within the winding, and an armature mounted for movement at a first end of the winding. At least one movable circuit contact is operably associated with the armature and movable with respect to at least one stationary contact mounted in the relay responsive to motion of the armature. An end plate is mounted at an opposing end of the winding and an insulating sheet is folded about a portion of the winding. The insulating sheet has first and second sides, with the first side being secured on one end to the end plate, and the second end disposed between the armature and the first end of the winding. An outer frame covers at least a portion of the insulating sheet. The insulating sheet functions to reduce the occurrence of voltage breakdown within the relay.

摘要： A switch assembly comprising a housing including a baseplate on which are mounted a magnet core having a pair of flanges and a winding wound around it, and two switch capsules positioned on either sides of the magnetic core with each capsule being insulated from each flange magnetic core by insulating means. Magnets are also positioned to provide either a monostable or a bistable mode of operation as desired. With this construction, the magnetic and electric paths in the assembly are physically separate from one another, thereby allowing the magnetic and electric materials to be chosen independently from each other.

摘要： The base plate module of an electromagnetic switching device, specifically a contactor, is mounted on a base plate (1). The base plate module contains the core (2) of the electromagnet, a magnet coil (5), a printed circuit board (10) with its connected ancillary devices, as well as the contact plugs (16, 17) and terminals (24, 25), both of which are accessible from the outside. Printed circuit board (10) is mounted on base plate (1) and is located between base plate (1) and core (2), which is mounted on the base plate. Strip conductors (12, 13, 14), on the side facing core (2), feature several spring-loaded stub contacts (19, 20) and/or contact plugs (21, 22), all of which are vertically mounted on circuit board (10). Flange (7) of coil module (6), which is oriented toward base plate (1), provided with terminals (23) of magnet coil (5). With magnet coil (5) in the mounted position, terminals (23) of magnet coil (5) are in contact with the spring-loaded stub contacts (19) of strip conductors (13). Contact plugs (21, 22) serve as receptacles for card (27) which contains electronic circuitry. All electrical connections in the base plate module are made by strip conductors (12, 13, 14) of printed circuit board (10).

摘要： A polarized relay includes a coil block having an elongated coil bobbin, a core inserted therein, and an excitation coil wound about the coil bobbin. The core has opposed pole ends projecting upwardly from longitudinal ends of the coil bobbin. A permanent magnet is interposed between the pole ends on the coil bobbin. Disposed on the coil block is an armature block which comprises an elongated generally flat armature and a set of movable springs carrying movable contacts. The movable springs are held together with the armature by means of an electrically insulating harness molded on the armature. The armature is pivotally supported on the coil block to be movable between two contact operating positions and constituting a magnetic circuit with the core and the permanent magnet for polarized operation of the armature. A terminal assembly is provided to include coil terminals leading to the excitation coil and fixed contact terminals provided respectively with fixed contacts at contact ends of the contact terminals. The polarized relay is characterized in that the coil block and the terminal assembly are molded together from an electrically insulating material into a single integral base unit on which the armature block is assembled with the movable contacts held in an engageable relation with the fixed contacts.

The coil includes terminal connections retained in a coil flange for the coil where there are recesses in the flange to accommodate electrical components. The terminal connections are developed as a joint bar, and the joint bar serves as a mechanical holding device for one of the sides of two diodes of a rectifier bridge configured on opposite sides of the joint bar. The one side of the two diodes is soldered to the joint bar. These elements are inserted as a unit into the recesses of the coil flange.

After further insertion by a prescribed extra way, the contact system (8) is connected to the housing (1) without a stop at its edge (82a). It is therefore possible to compensate manufacturing tolerances during assembly, so that subsequent adjustment of the contact system is not required.
