Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that multiple physical uplink channels scheduled for the UE overlap. The multiple physical uplink channels may include a first physical uplink channel and a second physical uplink channel that are associated with different priority levels. The UE may transmit at least one of the first physical uplink channel or the second physical uplink channel according to a prioritization or a multiplexing of the first physical uplink channel and the second physical uplink channel. The prioritization or the multiplexing is based at least in part on whether the UE is enabled to perform simultaneous physical uplink control channel and physical uplink shared channel transmissions. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a configuration message indicating a configured grant-small data transfer (CG-SDT) group that includes the UE. The CG-SDT group is associated with a downlink beam of the base station and one or more CG-SDT occasions. The UE may transmit, to the base station and within the one or more CG-SDT occasions, an uplink communication, using an uplink beam of the UE corresponding to a downlink beam of the UE, where the downlink beam of the UE is associated with the downlink beam of the base station used for transmitting at least one of the configuration message, a paging message, or a reference signal. The first UE communicates with the second UE using the first ComReSet using a frame timing synchronized with the corresponding periodicity of the first ComReSet.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enhance a HARQ feedback operation to improve data retransmissions by using tri-state HARQ feedback, and may enable a UE to construct a codebook for tri-state HARQ feedback. In one aspect, a UE determines whether tri-state HARQ feedback or bi-state HARQ feedback is configured based on a DL carrier. The UE generates HARQ feedback for at least one of a received PDCCH or a received PDSCH on the DL carrier based on the determination whether the DL carrier is configured with the tri-state HARQ feedback. The UE transmits the generated HARQ feedback.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclose provide various methods and apparatuses for communicating, controlling, and configuring component carrier and bandwidth part (BWP). A scheduling entity receives a capability report from a user equipment (UE). The capability report indicates a capability of the UE to utilize at least one of carrier aggregation (CA) or one or more bandwidth parts. The scheduling entity transmits a command to the UE to reconfigure at least one of a CA configuration or a bandwidth part (BWP) configuration. The scheduling entity determines an anticipated response timing of an acknowledgment (ACK) of the command based on the capability report received from the UE. The scheduling entity receives the ACK according to the anticipated response timing.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to a base station providing a user equipment (UE) with a sticky uplink beam assignment for one or more uplink signals.
