    Abstract: Aspects provide for wireless communication between a UE and a radio access network (RAN) node in a wireless communication network. The RAN node may generate a re-synchronization signal (RSS) for a bandwidth part (BWP) of a plurality of BWPs and transmit the RSS in the BWP of a downlink to the UE. A first bandwidth of the RSS may be based on a second bandwidth of the BWP. The UE may receive the RSS in different RRC states and perform a measurement of the RSS for synchronization, for an early detection of a paging or wake-up signal, and/or for radio resource management (RRM) measurements or radio link monitoring (RLM) measurements. The UE may utilize a communication link with the RAN node based on the measurement and the RAN node may utilize the communication link to communicate with a group of UEs sharing at least one same RSS beam.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may drop a first one or more device-to-device coordination messages for transmission, of a set of device-to-device coordination messages, according to a message dropping criterion in connection with a quantity of device-to-device coordination messages in the set of device-to-device coordination messages exceeding a threshold. The UE may transmit a second one or more device-to-device coordination messages of the set of device-to-device coordination messages, such that a quantity of transmitted device-to-device coordination messages, of the set of device-to-device coordination messages, does not exceed the threshold.     Abstract: Techniques are described herein for determining a priority ranking for channel state information (CSI) reports based at least in part on a reliability parameter, a latency parameter, or both of resources allocated to a user equipment (UE). In some wireless communications systems, ultra reliable low latency communication (URLLC) services may be interspersed with enhanced mobile broadband (eMBB) services. The UE may perform a CSI report prioritization procedure to account for reliability parameters, latency parameters or both. In some cases, CSI reporting for resources associated URLLC services may receive higher priority than CSI reporting for eMBB services. The UE may be configured to determine reliability parameters and/or latency parameters based on signaling received from the network or from determining changes to one or more configurations of the UE. In some cases, the priority ranking of the CSI report may be based at least in part on a slot set identifier.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a message indicating one or more communication patterns from a base station. The one or more communication patterns may indicate to the UE to adjust one or more parameters for transmitting an uplink communication during a set of time resources, a set of beams, a set of ports, or any combination thereof. During the resources indicated in the one or more communication patterns, the base station may estimate a cross-link interference channel between the base station and a second base station. The one or more communication patterns may indicate a hopping pattern for each subband of a bandwidth part. The base station may configure the UE with a timing advance based on the message.
