Abstract: A central unit (CU) transmits synchronization timing information for a multicast broadcast service (MBS) single frequency network (SFN) data transmission in a synchronous manner to multiple distributed units (DUs). The CU transmits the MBS SFN data transmission to the multiple DUs for synchronous transmission to one or more user equipments (UEs). A DU receives synchronization timing information for a MBS SFN data transmission in a synchronous manner with at least one additional DU. The DU transmits the MBS SFN data transmission with a timing based on the synchronization timing information.

The UE may transmit the HARQ-ACK codebook, the HARQ-ACK codebook being based at least in part on one or more of distinct values of the set of timing offset values or distinct values of the set of SLIVs. Abstract: Support for hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment feedback for multiple multicast services in 5G new radio (NR) is provided. Resource allocation techniques are provided to allocate uplink control channel resource for acknowledgment of downlink multicast data transmissions associated with one or more multicast services. An apparatus, such a user equipment (UE), receives multicast data associated with one or more multicast services from a base station. The apparatus determines an uplink resource, such as a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resource, for transmitting multicast acknowledgement feedback, such as positive acknowledgement (ACK)/negative acknowledgement (NACK) feedback, in response to the received multicast data. The apparatus transmits the acknowledgement feedback for the one or more multicast services to the base station in the determined uplink resource.

Abstract: Since multiple transmit-receive point (TRP) communications may increase the number of physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) candidates without increasing the number of cells, new limits for multi-TRP communications may be defined. A UE may determine a PDCCH monitoring capability across all downlink serving cells that may account for multiple-TRP cells and for carrier aggregation and dual connectivity using a multiplication factor for serving cells with two control resource set (CORESET) groups, for signaling a number representing PDCCH monitoring capability across all downlink serving cells. Further, the UE may determine limits of a number of serving cells based on the capability and a configuration of serving cells. The UE may determine a total limit and a per cell limit of PDCCH candidates and non-overlapped control channel elements (CCEs) to monitor in a slot for a cell group. The UE may perform blind decoding operations within the limits.
