    Abstract: In an aspect, a BS is configured as a serving cell of a UE. The BS transmits data to the UE in accordance with a frequency hopping scheme over a first set of T-F resources of a first BWP and a second set of T-F resources of a second BWP. The BS (or another BS) further transmits, to the UE over a third BWP that is different than the second BWP, a PDCCH including a PI field with a PI associated with the transmitted data over the second set of T-F resources of the second BWP. The UE receives the data and the PDCCH. The UE processes the received data over (at least) the second set of T-F resources based on the PI.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may transmit a capability report to a base station indicating a triggering offset. The base station may configure the UE with one or more channel state information (CSI) measurement resources and send downlink control information (DCI) that triggers an aperiodic CSI report for some of the CSI measurement resources. The UE may report CSI by measuring the CSI resources after the triggering offset. In some cases, CSI reporting related to the different codebook types (e. g., Type I, Type II) may be modified, where after identifying a type of codebook and determining which type of codebook to process (e. g., based on a number of CSI processing units), the UE may identify a priority associated with different CSI reports. The UE may be configured with various parameters that relax or modify the processing of Type II CSI reports.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive an uplink cancellation indication that identifies one or more first time-domain resources during which the UE is to refrain from transmitting at least a portion of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission scheduled to be transmitted during the one or more first time-domain resources. The UE may identify one or more second time-domain resources during which the UE is to transmit the at least the portion of the PUSCH transmission or another portion of the PUSCH transmission. The UE may transmit, based at least in part on receiving the uplink cancellation indication, the at least the portion of the PUSCH transmission or the other portion of the PUSCH transmission during the one or more second time-domain resources.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. The described techniques relate to an early indication, from a base station to a user equipment (UE), that may allow the UE to determine from the first symbol of a synchronization signal block (SSB) if the system information associated with the SSB is intended for the UE. Thus, when the UE receives the indication that the system information is dedicated to the UE, the UE may determine to receive and decode the remaining synchronization signal block, a master information block, a set of control resources, a downlink control channel, and a downlink shared channel to receive the system information. In some cases, the UE may determine that the system information is generic and end decoding during reception of the SSB to conserve computational resources by avoiding unnecessary decoding.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for downlink and/or uplink beam management for full-duplex communications. An example method generally includes receiving, from a wireless node, a RS resource configuration indicating interference RS resources associated with interference reference signal transmissions; monitoring interference RSs via the interference RS resources; for each of the interference RS resources, determining a reception beam based at least in part on the monitored more interference RSs corresponding to the interference RS resources; receiving control signaling, from the second wireless node, indicating QCL information, which also indicates to either refrain from using any monitored interference RS resource in determining spatial reception parameters or identify at least one monitored interference RS resource to use in determining the spatial reception parameters; and determining the spatial reception parameters in accordance with the control signaling.

    Abstract: A user equipment (UE) operating as an NR-Light UE may repeat transmissions of uplink signals such as a random access (RA) message (Msg) 3 on a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) during a random access channel (RACH) procedure. The UE may receive a random access response (RAR) message including a RAR uplink (UL) grant. The UE may determine, based on a single bit of the RAR message, whether repetition of a RA Msg 3 is indicated. The UE may determine both of a repetition factor and a transmit power control (TPC) command for the RA Msg 3 based on a TPC field of the RAR UL grant. The UE may transmit the RA Msg 3 based on the repetition factor and the TPC command.

    Abstract: Aspects are provided which allow a user equipment (UE) to identify a low-bandwidth (low-BW) CORESET-0 and associated CSS based on reception bandwidth of the UE. The base station may configure different frequency and time-domain resources of the low-BW CORESET in order to optimize resource utilization of the low-BW CORESET-0, and the low-tier UE may identify these resources of CORESET-0 and CSS from the system configuration information received in a master information block (MIB). As a result, low tier UEs may operate in a same cell as legacy UEs without the need for the base station to transmit additional signaling to either legacy UEs or lower tier UEs for the UEs to receive their respective CORESET-0's and identify a physical downlink channel (PDCCH).

A bandwidth reduced low-tier user equipment (UE) may receive a signal identifying a control resource set for the UE to monitor for control information scheduling communications between the UE and a base station, the control resource set comprising a plurality of control channel elements organized across more than three symbols and comprising one or more first resource element groups mapped to a first monitoring occasion and one or more second resource element groups mapped to a second monitoring occasion. The UE may receive, during the first monitoring occasion, at least a first portion of the control information on the one or more first resource element groups. The UE may receive, during the second monitoring occasion, at least a second portion of the control information on the one or more second resource element groups. The UE may communicate with the base station in accordance with the control information.
