Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A network node may identify a set of packets (e.g., from a packet pool) that are scheduled for broadcast to a plurality of user equipments (UEs) and transmit a set of network encoded packets based on the set of packets. The network node may receive feedback from one or more of the plurality of UEs, and the feedback may indicate successfully decoded packets by each of the one or more UEs. Based on the feedback, the network node may identify an updated set of packets and transmit the updated set. The transmitter may continue to update and transmit based on feedback until the feedback indicates that updated set of packets is empty.

Abstract: An apparatus includes one or more transmitters configured to transmit, from a first user equipment (UE) to a second UE, a sidelink discontinuous reception (DRX) setup request indicating a first DRX configuration of the first UE. The apparatus further includes one or more receivers configured to receive, from the second UE, a sidelink DRX setup response based on the sidelink DRX setup request and indicating a second DRX configuration. Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatuses for a transmission, from a user equipment (UE) to a first distributed unit (DU), of one or more measurement reports including channel measurements of a set of cells associated with a second DU of a same central unit (CU) as the first DU. The UE may transmit the one or more measurement reports according to various reporting format options, including via separate reports for activated and deactivated cells of the second DU, a joint report for activated and deactivated cells of the second DU, or a joint report across a set of DUs including the first DU. The measurement reports may include one or more metrics associated with each cell of a configured cell set and the UE and the DUs of the same CU may activate or deactivate one or more cells for communication with the UE based on the measurement reports.

Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a UE (e.g., an initiator UE) transmits sidelink discovery messages for beam training on a bandwidth associated with DMRS. One or more UEs (e.g., candidate responder UEs) select a beam to pair with a beam associated with one of the sidelink discovery messages, and transmit a sidelink discovery message on the selected beam. In another aspect, a UE (e.g., initiator UE) transmits a sidelink discovery message, which is forwarded to a UE, which may be a lead UE of a sidelink UE group. The lead UE adds the initiator UE to the sidelink UE group, and responds with a sidelink discovery response message and a group indication that at least indicates that the initiator UE now belongs to the sidelink UE group.
