    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may generate a layer one reference signal received power (L1-RSRP) measurement report to include an indication of L1-RSRP measurements associated with one or more synchronization signal bocks (SSBs) included in an SSB set, wherein the SSB set is identified, from a plurality of SSB sets, in the L1-RSRP measurement report by an SSB set indicator, and wherein the one or more SSBs are identified in the L1-RSRP measurement report by respective SSB indexes that index into the SSB set. The UE may transmit the L1-RSRP measurement report. Numerous other aspects are provided.

The BS may switch from performing semi-persistent scheduling for the physical downlink shared channel transmissions on a first subband to performing semi-persistent scheduling for the physical downlink shared channel transmissions on a second subband.     Abstract: Aspects directed towards communications for random access procedures are disclosed. In one example, a first beam and a second beam may be available for communications between a scheduled entity and a scheduling entity. The scheduling entity may send, and the scheduled entity may receive, a message 1 transmission for a random access procedure on the first beam. The scheduled entity may open a random access response (RAR) window to monitor for a message 2 transmission according to a predetermined sequence designating whether to monitor the first beam, the second beam, or some combination thereof. The scheduling entity may send, and the scheduled entity may receive, the message 2 transmission on the first beam or the second beam as designated by the predetermined sequence.     Abstract: A configuration is disclosed to enable a UE to determine and/or prepare Rx beams prior to downlink reception in multi-TRP operation. The apparatus sends, to a first TRP, a report indicating a plurality of threshold scheduled offsets. Each threshold scheduled offset associated with a different number of TCI states. The apparatus receives, from the first TRP, DCI including a TCI and a time-offset. The TCI comprising at least one TCI state. Each TCI state indicating a Tx beam for a TRP of a set of TRPs. The set of TRPs including the first TRP. The apparatus determines at least one Rx beam based on at least one of the received TCI, the time-offset, or one or more of the plurality of threshold scheduled offsets. The apparatus receives, based on the received time-offset, a PDSCH from each TRP of the set of TRPs through the determined at least one Rx beam.

    Abstract: In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus for wireless communication are provided. The apparatus may be a base station. The apparatus may transmit an uplink grant to a UE during a first transmit opportunity. The apparatus may signal, during a second transmit opportunity, a grant trigger to the UE to trigger operations associated with the uplink grant that are uncompleted after the first transmit opportunity. The grant trigger may be associated with a set of UEs that includes the UE. The set of UEs may be a subset of the UEs having pending transmissions. The apparatus may instruct the UE regarding whether to keep or discard resources granted by the uplink grant when the UE switches to a different beam during or prior to the second transmit opportunity.
