    Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE). The apparatus drops transmission of hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) feedback for one or more downlink HARQ processes. The apparatus transmits, to a base station, a combined HARQ-ACK feedback triggered by the UE dropping a threshold amount of HARQ-ACK feedback, the combined HARQ-ACK feedback including dropped HARQ-ACK feedback for the one or more downlink HARQ processes.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information transmission comprising a resource allocation for downlink traffic and at least one dedicated table bit that indicates whether the UE is to use, to decode the downlink traffic, a first modulation order and a first target code rate corresponding to a first modulation and coding scheme (MCS) table or a second modulation order and a second target code rate corresponding to a second MCS table (a 1024 quadrature amplitude modulation table). The UE may decode the downlink traffic according to the first modulation order and the first target code rate or the second modulation order and the second target code rate based at least in part on at least one value of the at least one dedicated table bit. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: A base station may associate multiple user equipment (UEs) with one or more UE groups and generate group common downlink control information (DCI) for each UE group for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) cancellation, such that group common DCI may be transmitted to UEs of a respective UE group. The base station may associate each of UEs with a respective UE group, wherein the UEs are configured with SPS configurations by the base station, each SPS configuration configuring respective SPS occasions. The base station may further determine to cancel one or more SPS occasions associated with at least one of the SPS configurations, generate one or more group common DCI for the one or more UE groups to cancel the one or more SPS occasions, and transmit the one or more group common DCI to one or more UEs associated with the at least one of the SPS configurations.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for communicating channel state information (CSI) reports. In some aspects, downlink resources can be monitored for reception of downlink signaling, a CSI report can be generated based on the reception of the downlink signaling, where the CSI report indicates CSI for each of multiple sub-bands of the downlink resources, and the CSI report can be transmitted with hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgement or negative acknowledgement (ACK/NACK) feedback associated with the downlink signaling to facilitate retransmission with improved block error rate (BLER). In some aspects, a base station receiving the CSI report, or otherwise based on uplink signals, can determine transmission parameters for retransmission to facilitate the improved BLER.

An example method by a user equipment (UE) generally includes receiving, from a network entity, a configuration of a set of PUCCH resources with different PUCCH formats, receiving signaling, from the network entity, indicating one of the PUCCH resources for a PUCCH transmission and whether the PUCCH transmission is to be sent as a coherent transmission or non-coherent transmission, and sending the coherent or non-coherent PUCCH transmission in accordance with the indication.
