Abstract: An information configuration method, a data receiving method, and a device are provided. A first network device configures a first resource set group of a physical downlink control channel set for user equipment, and configures for the user equipment, a second resource set group of a physical downlink control channel for retransmission, where the physical downlink control channel for retransmission is a physical downlink control channel for retransmission corresponding to downlink data indicated by a physical downlink control channel in at least one subset of the physical downlink control channel set. The first network device sends information about the first resource set group and information about the second resource set group to the user equipment.

Abstract: A user equipment obtains configuration information used to detect a received signal strength indicator (RSSI) value of a signal on an unlicensed frequency, samples the signal on the unlicensed frequency at a sampling interval included in the configuration information to obtain RSSI values of the signal on the unlicensed frequency sampled at sampling moments. The user equipment determines statistics on the RSSI values of the signal on the unlicensed frequency within a statistical window, obtains an RSSI value statistical result of the signal on the unlicensed frequency based on the statistics, and reports the RSSI value statistical result to a base station.

Abstract: The present invention provides a channel monitoring method and device. The method includes: receiving, by user equipment (UE), a first notification message sent by a base station, where the first notification message includes usage information of a frequency resource of a second carrier; determining, by the UE according to the first notification message, whether the frequency resource of the second carrier is in an available state; and if the UE determines that the frequency resource of the second carrier is in the available state, monitoring a PDCCH corresponding to the second carrier; otherwise, stopping monitoring a PDCCH corresponding to the second carrier, where the second carrier is a carrier on which the UE operates on a discontinuously occupied frequency resource. According to the foregoing method, the UE can properly use an unlicensed frequency to communicate with the base station, and meanwhile reduce power consumption of the UE.

Abstract: A data transmission method and an apparatus are provided. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a time-domain interval of available time-frequency resources in an unlicensed spectrum, where the available time-frequency resources are continuous time-frequency resources in a time domain; sending, by the base station, a preamble signal in a first subframe in the interval, where the first subframe is an initial subframe in the interval; and sending, by the base station, downlink control information and data after sending the preamble signal, where the data is in the first subframe, the downlink control information includes scheduling indication information, and the scheduling indication information is used to indicate a frequency-domain location of the data. According to the present invention, spectrum utilization can be improved.

Abstract: In a method for measuring a service transmission status of a user equipment provided in an embodiment of the present invention, a first service station transmits a first data packet for a user equipment; the first service station determines at least one second service station that transmits a second data packet for the user equipment; and the first service station instructs the at least one second service station to measure a service transmission status of the user equipment, where the first data packet and the second data packet are different data packets of a same service of the user equipment or data packets of different services. According to this method, a service transmission status of a user equipment can be measured in a multi-station transmission scenario.

Abstract: An uplink information sending methods and apparatus are provided. A communication device includes a processor coupled to a non-transitory memory, where the non-transitory memory stores an execution instruction to be executed in the processor. The execution instruction when executed enables the communication device to determine scheduling information and timing advance information. The scheduling information is used to instruct user equipment to send uplink information, and the timing advance information is used to adjust a timing advance used when the user equipment sends the uplink information. The execution instruction when executed further enables the communication device to adjust the timing advance according to the timing advance information, and send the uplink information according to the scheduling information by using an adjusted timing advance.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a terminal device, in which a sending module sends, in a first uplink subframe on a first carrier, an uplink reference signal to a network device, where the first carrier is a carrier on which the terminal device sends neither uplink data nor uplink control information in uplink; and a processing module determines a first power headroom PHR, where the first PHR is a PHR of a transmit power of the terminal device in the first uplink subframe or a PHR of a transmit power of the terminal device in the first uplink subframe on the first carrier. Special carriers are introduced, and uplink reference signals are sent on the special carriers, so that information, such as downlink channel characteristics, of these special carriers can be obtained by the network device.

Abstract: A communications method and device for multi-carrier aggregation, where the method includes: grouping by a base station, N serving cells into K cell groups, where N is an integer greater than zero, and K is an integer less than N, sending, by the base station, a cell grouping message to user equipment (UE), where the cell grouping message indicates that the N serving cells are grouped into the K cell groups, and communicating, by the base station, with the UE according to the K cell groups. Hence, signaling overheads can be reduced.
