Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for preemption of CLI measurement and filtering in a CLI measurement resource. Some aspects more specifically relate to skipping measurement or filtering of CLI in response to a dynamic signal. In some examples, a base station may send a first UE a dynamic signal indicating the first UE is not to measure or filter CLI from a second UE in a CLI measurement resource indicated in the dynamic signal. The CLI measurement resource may be previously configured in a CLI resource configuration, such as an RRC configuration indicating time-frequency resources associated with a CLI-RSSI resource or an SRS resource, and the dynamic signal may indicate one or more of these time-frequency resources in which the UE is to skip measuring or filtering CLI. After receiving the dynamic signal, the UE may skip measuring or filtering CLI in the indicated resources.

Where the scheduling information indicates or is associated with a single HARQ identifier, the UE and/or the network node may not increment the HARQ identifier for communications, from the multiple communications, that are dropped because of a collision with a CLI measurement.

Abstract: Non-terrestrial networks (NTNs) may establish uplink (UL) and downlink (DL) radio frame timing structures to efficiently account for propagation delay and propagation delay variation associated with communications in the NTN. NTNs may manage (synchronize) radio frame timing structures of base stations (e.g., satellites) and user equipment (UEs) in the NTN. Further, UEs may determine timing advance (TA) values to be applied to UL transmissions based on their respective scheduling offset (e.g., offset in UL and DL radio frame timing structures), as well as based on propagation delay or round trip time (RTT). As such, served UEs may determine UL timing such that UL transmissions from the UEs to a satellite arrives at the satellite in a time synchronized manner. In other cases, a satellite may determine UL timing, based on reception timing, such that various UEs in the NTN may implement uniform UL and DL radio frame timing structures.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A base station may transmit downlink control information (DCI) to a user equipment (UE) indicating a joint field for at least a first component carrier (CC) and a second CC of a carrier aggregation configuration. For example, the joint field may include a rate matching (RM) indication for the first CC and the second CC, a zero power channel state information reference signal (ZP-CSI-RS) indication for the first CC and the second CC, or both. In some cases, the RM indication may include a common RM resource (RMR) configuration applicable for both the first CC and the second CC or per-CC RMR configurations that indicate separate RMRs for each of the CCs. Additionally, the ZP-CSI-RS indication may include a set identifier that indicates a resource set for ZP-CSI-RS resources for both the first CC and the second CC.
