    摘要: A routing members connection structure electrically connects a long first trunk routing member which is routed in a vehicle and can transmit power and a first branch routing member routed in the vehicle, can transmit power, and branches off from the first trunk routing member. Each of the first trunk routing member and the first branch routing member has a flat conductor and an insulator that is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the flat conductor. The first trunk routing member has a post-shaped first stud bolt that is made of a metal and extends outward from a first branching portion where the flat conductor is exposed without being covered with the insulator. The flat conductor of the first trunk routing member and the flat conductor of the first branch routing member are electrically connected to each other via the first stud bolt.

    摘要: An electrical power distribution system includes a first bus bar and a clamp mounted to the first bus bar. The clamp includes a fixed base and a movable plate that define a track therebetween along a broad face of the first bus bar. The track receives a second bus bar therein such that the broad face of the first bus bar engages a corresponding broad face of the second bus bar. The clamp includes a lever connected to both the movable plate and the first bus bar. Pivoting movement of the lever in a locking direction forces linear movement of the movable plate relative to the first bus bar towards the fixed base such that respective inner sides of the movable plate and the fixed base sandwich the second bus bar therebetween to secure the second bus bar in engagement with the first bus bar.

    摘要: A wiring-harness includes a wire cable, a connector, and a dress cover. The connector is attached to a portion of the wire cable. The connector has a terminal-face and a wire-cable-face with a body between the terminal-face and the wire-cable-face. The dress cover is attached to a portion of the body. An extension of the dress-cover overlays the wire-cable-face. The extension is configured to guide the wire cable in a predetermined direction. The extension is further configured to be releasably retained by a robotic assembler. The dress cover is further configured to transmit an insertion-force from the robotic assembler to the connector when the terminal-face is inserted into a mating-connector.
