    摘要: A wedge anchor driver for driving an anchor having a bolt into a surface such that a portion of the bolt is exposed, the wedge anchor driver having a flute extending between a top end and a shaft, the flute housing a plurality of cavities having a first cavity configured to fit onto a first nut, the first cavity having a first socket size; a second cavity configured to fit onto a second nut, the second cavity having a second socket size smaller than the first socket size; and a third cavity configured to receive the portion of the bolt; wherein the anchor driver shaft is lockable into a hammer drill, such that a user can drive the anchor into a corresponding hole with the hammer drill in a hammer mode, and then tighten the first nut or the second nut by switching the hammer to a drill mode.

    摘要: A lockable adapter is configured to selectively couple a drive socket to a power tool. The lockable adapter includes a shaft configured to couple the lockable adapter to the power tool for the power tool to rotate the lockable adapter about an axis, a drive member movable along the axis relative to the shaft, and a retaining member supported by the drive member. The drive member is configured to interface with the drive socket to support the drive socket on the lockable adapter. When the lockable adapter is in a locked state, a portion of the retaining member protrudes beyond a surface of the drive member such that the retaining member is configured to secure the drive socket to the drive member. When the lockable adapter is in an unlocked state, the retaining member is configured to allow for removal of the drive socket from the drive member.

    摘要: A power tool is provided including a brushless DC (BLDC) motor, a rectifier that receives an alternative current from a power supply and outputs a rectified signal supplied to a DC power bus, and an inverter circuit having motor switches connected electrically between the DC power bus and the motor. A control module controls a switching operation of the power switches to regulate supply power from the power supply to the motor. The control module controls the switching operation so as to, within a half cycle of the AC power supply voltage waveform, increase current draw from the power supply from a first threshold at or after a first zero-crossing of the half cycle up to a second threshold, and reduce current draw from the power supply from the second threshold up to a third threshold at or prior to a second zero-crossing of the half cycle.

    摘要: An assembling structure for a conductive plate of a handheld power tool has a battery having a casing, a circuit board, an adapter, and multiple conductive plates. The circuit board, the adapter and the conductive plates are all located in the casing. The adapter is mounted on a top surface of the circuit board, and has multiple adapting grooves. The conductive plates are mounted in the adapting grooves of the adapter respectively, and are electrically connected to the circuit board. By mounting the adapter on the top surface of the circuit board and mounting the conductive plates in the adapting grooves of the adapter respectively, the conductive plates and the circuit board are able to be combined and fixed together by the adapter without the welding progress, which reduces the consumable cost, the labor cost, and the time consumption.

The hand tool includes gearing that interconnects a splined socket to a rotatable or trigger actuator and increases a rotational speed of the splined socket relative to the actuator. The hand tool may include a power tool receiver or an independent motor to drive rotation of the splined socket to advance or retract a fastener from a threaded shaft. By increasing the speed and conserving rotational inertia, the hand tool reduces the time to secure a fastener on a threaded shaft. A rotatable nut is provided. The rotatable nut can slideably orient along a first axis and threadedly orient along a second axis to fasten to an adjacent surface.

In a screw tightening operation by an electric driver, at start of a predetermined screw tightening operation, a rotation amount of an electric motor at a clutch operation time by a clutch mechanism is detected, this rotation amount is set to be a target rotation amount and in the subsequent screw tightening operations, a rotation amount of the electric motor at the clutch operation time is detected and compared with the target rotation amount, respectively, so that acceptability of the respective screw tightened states is determined.

    摘要: In order to provide an electric tool such that the capacitances of noise-suppressing film capacitors can be increased without increasing the diameter of a handle section, the housing of the electric tool comprises: a body section that stores a brushless motor, a striking mechanism part, and a portion of an output part; a handle section, whose one end is connected to the body section; and a storage section that is formed on the other end of the handle section. A pair of film capacitors for removing noise generated from an inverter circuit are mounted on a capacitor substrate and stored side by side inside the handle section. The film capacitors are connected in parallel with each other, thereby providing a capacitor having a larger total capacitance than before.
