摘要: A power tool which contains a casing, a brushless motor (22) mounted inside the casing, a user actuated switch (38) mounted on the casing, and a circuit board (32) mounted inside the casing. The brushless motor (22) is adapted to drive one or more movable parts in the power tool. The circuit board (32) is mechanically connected to the brushless motor (22) and the switch (38) at the same time. As only a single, integrated circuit board (32) is configured in the power tool, the manufacturing cost is reduced and greater reliance and electrical safety can be achieved.

摘要: A power tool with an energy recovery function including a casing, a brushless motor located within the casing, a battery pack connected to the casing, and a switching circuit. The brushless motor is used for driving a working part. The battery pack is connected to the brushless motor via the switching circuit. The switching circuit is configured to allow a first part of the braking energy from the brushless motor to be recovered to the battery pack by controlling on/off of the switching circuit when the brushless motor tends to be stopped during rotation. When the controller of the power tool detects a need to decelerate/stop the motor, the service time of the battery is prolonged by recharging a part of the energy back to the battery through controlling the circuit dynamic and adjusting the on/off duty cycle of the circuit.

摘要: A charger adapted to charge either one of a first battery pack and a second battery pack. The first battery pack and the second battery pack have respectively a first interface and a second interface being substantially different from each other. The charger includes a housing having a receiving area in which the first battery pack and the second battery pack can be selectively received in such a way that the first battery pack is accommodated in a first region and the second battery pack is accommodated in a second region. The receiving area is at least partially defined by the first region partially overlapping the second region. The charger according to the invention is adapted to charge more than one type of battery pack, which saves cost and space needed for two separate chargers.
