摘要: A paper feed roller (5) is divided into a first roller (5a) and a second roller (5b); a slit (58) through which about 10 to 20 sheets of documents can pass is formed between the first roller and a gate plate (57) opposite to this; and the paper fed out therefrom is fed out to a space between the second roller (5b) and a separation pad (7) in contact with this.Also, there is adopted a construction in which the pressing force of a paper conveyance spring is transformed by a slide cam sliding in a direction parallel to the paper feed roller; and the paper width detection sensor is assembled by a fitting construction.

摘要: An image processing apparatus having a display means includes an original inlet for feeding in an original, an original outlet for discharging the original, and feeding structure for feeding the original from said original inlet to said original outlet through a predetermined feeding path. The feeding path includes an upwardly-inclined portion between the original inlet and the original outlet. Reading circuitry is disposed along the feeding path for reading an image from the original being fed in order to output an image signal corresponding to the read image. A display is disposed above the original inlet and has a display surface substantially parallel to the upwardly-inclined portion of the feeding path, for displaying the read image thereon based on the image signal outputted from the reading circuitry. A recording section may be provided for recording the image signal outputted from the reading circuitry onto a recording medium. Preferably, the display is vertically-disposed with the original inlet being below the display and the original outlet being above the display.

摘要: A radiation image read-out and reproducing apparatus wherein radiation image read-out and reproduction are carried by use of the same scanning system in the same apparatus. The light beam scanning section includes a read-out main scanning means and a reproducing main scanning means. The light source as well as the light deflector of the read-out main scanning means are the same as the light source and light deflector of the reproducing main scanning means. Further, the means for conveying the stimulable phosphor sheet for read-out and for conveying the recording sheet for reproducing are common to each other. A beam diameter adjusting means adjusts the beam diameter of the light beam between a position on the stimulable phosphor sheet and a position on the recording sheet by moving the beam diameter adjusting means into or away from an optical path of the light beam depending upon whether the light beam scans the stimulable phosphor sheet or the recorded sheet. Also included is an automatic developing machine for carrying out development on the recording sheet carrying the radiation image reproduced thereon.

The printing apparatus includes a printing unit to form an image on a printing medium, a scanning unit pivotally coupled to the printing unit, and a cover unit pivotally coupled to the scanning unit and having a pressing portion. The printing apparatus includes a first member rotatably mounted to the scanning unit to latch the scanning unit to the printing unit when the cover unit is in an open state with respect to the scanning unit, and a second member mounted to the scanning unit to rotate the first member to unlatch the scanning unit from the printing unit when pressed by the pressing portion of the cover unit moving from the open state to a closed state with respect to the scanning unit.

摘要: A printing apparatus and an image forming apparatus are provided. The printing apparatus includes a printing unit to form an image on a printing medium, a scanning unit pivotally coupled to the printing unit, and a cover unit pivotally coupled to the scanning unit and having a pressing protrusion.
