Abstract: A bandwidth part processing method includes receiving, by a terminal, a first information and a second information from a network device. The first information indicates that at least one default bandwidth part (BWP) corresponds to at least two active BWPs, the second information indicates that the at least two active BWPs correspond to at least one first timer, and the at least one first timer is useable by the terminal to perform deactivation processing on at least one of the at least two active BWPs. The method further includes performing, by the terminal, deactivation processing on the at least one of the at least two active BWPs, and activation processing on a BWP in the at least one default BWP based on the first and second information, or performing deactivation processing on the at least one of the at least two active BWPs based on the first and second information.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a communication method and a communications apparatus. In the communication method, a network-side device determines a resource configuration policy. The network-side device determines an operation mode of a terminal based on the resource configuration policy; broadcasts information about a plurality of configured resource pools and the operation mode, so that the terminal performs sending based on the configured one or more resource pools; and determines, based on the operation mode, that the terminal sends information on one or more resource units of the plurality of resource pools. According to the communication method and the communications apparatus provided in the specific embodiments of the present invention, the one or more resource pools are configured for a plurality of carriers for inter-terminal communication, so that the terminal can send a message on the one or more resource pools of the plurality of carriers.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a subframe indication method and a device. A first device determines subframe indication information that indicates at least one of uplink control signaling, downlink control signaling, and data of a first subframe, and sends the subframe indication information to a second device, so that the second device determines a type of the first subframe based on the subframe indication information. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the first device can determine, by using the first information related to the first control information, a device scheduled by using the first control information.
