    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit may include at least one light emitting circuit. One of the at least one light emitting circuit may include an input sub-circuit, a latch sub-circuit, and an output sub-circuit. The input sub-circuit may be configured to transmit a signal at a data voltage terminal to the latch sub-circuit. The latch sub-circuit may be configured to generate a control signal in accordance with the signal at the data voltage terminal and store the control signal. The output sub-circuit may be configured to transmit one of a signal at a first voltage terminal and a signal at a second voltage terminal to a light emitting unit under control of the control signal.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit includes a light emitting element; a first switch transistor connected in series with the light emitting element between a first supply voltage terminal and a second supply voltage terminal, the first switch transistor including a gate electrode connected to a first node; and a storage circuit coupled to the first node and a reference voltage terminal for receiving a reference voltage, the storage circuit being configured to store the reference voltage in the storage circuit in response to an active signal on a scan line during a write phase, and to supply the stored reference voltage to the first node during a light emission phase in response to an active data signal on a data line to achieve light emission of the light emitting element, the active data signal having a duration indicating a magnitude of image data for the pixel circuit.

    Abstract: The present application provides a pixel circuit and a method for driving the same, a display panel and a video wall. The pixel circuit includes a light emitting diode having a first electrode configured to receive a first power supply voltage and a second electrode configured to receive a second power supply voltage; and a switching sub-circuit having a first terminal electrically coupled to a display signal terminal, a second terminal electrically coupled to the second electrode of the light emitting diode and a control terminal electrically coupled to a scan signal terminal, and configured to control an emission state of the light emitting diode based on a display signal provided from the display signal terminal, in response to a scan signal provided from the scan signal terminal. The emission state varies based on a magnitude and a duration of an effective voltage level of the display signal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same, a display panel, and a display equipment. The array substrate includes a piezoelectric substrate, a pixel defining layer disposed on the piezoelectric substrate and formed with an opening region, and interdigital electrodes disposed oppositely at two sides of the pixel defining layer on the piezoelectric substrate and fitted on the piezoelectric substrate to form an acoustic surface standing wave including an antinodal point and a nodal point. The position of the antinodal point corresponds to the position of the opening region while the position of the nodal point corresponds to the position of the pixel defining layer. In the array substrate provided by the present disclosure, when a light emitting unit is formed in the opening region by a gas jet printing equipment, a gas material can be prevented from diffusing into adjacent opening regions.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a protection circuit and method, a pixel circuit, and a display device. The protection circuit comprises a determination circuit, a first coupling circuit, a first terminal and a second terminal. The determination circuit is coupled to the first terminal and the first coupling circuit, and is configured to determine whether the voltage at the first terminal of the protection circuit belongs to one of a first predetermined range and a second predetermined range. The first coupling circuit is coupled to the first terminal, the second terminal and the determination circuit, and is configured to: couple the first terminal to the second terminal in response to the voltage at the first terminal belonging to the first predetermined range; and decouple the first terminal from the second terminal in response to the voltage at the first terminal belonging to the second predetermined range.
