Abstract: The calibration device is used for automatically calibrating capacitances of a sensing capacitor at various frequency points in the touch screen, and comprising a calibration circuit and a comparison circuit. The calibration circuit is connected with the sensing capacitor and the comparison circuit to transmit a calibration excitation signal to the touch screen to start calibration operations at the various frequency points, and calibrate the sensing capacitor in the touch screen according to a comparison result from the comparison circuit; the comparison circuit is used for comparing a preset capacitance with the capacitance of the sensing capacitor at a current frequency point in the touch screen to obtain the comparison result, and feeding the comparison result back to the calibration circuit, and the calibration circuit calibrates the capacitance of the sensing capacitor to a capacitance that matches with the current frequency point.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses an organic light-emitting diode device, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device. The organic light-emitting diode device comprises: a substrate (100); an organic light-emitting diode layer (200) on a side of the substrate (100); and a barrier layer (510) configured to block ultraviolet rays from entering the organic light-emitting diode layer, wherein the barrier layer is on a side of the organic light-emitting diode layer away from the substrate or on a side of the organic light-emitting diode layer close to the substrate. The organic light-emitting diode device can solve the technical problem of short service life due to the influence of ultraviolet rays in the sunlight.

Abstract: A mask carrier and an evaporation system are provided. The mask carrier includes a base and at least two correction fixtures. The at least two correction fixtures are configured to clamp, on the base, a framework of a metal mask which is used for evaporation on the base, the base has a first opening through which organic material passes, and the at least two correction fixtures are around the first opening in a spaced manner. During organic evaporation coating, the at least two correction fixtures on the mask carrier press the framework of the metal mask to prevent the framework from deformation. Thus, a clearance between a substrate and the metal mask is reduced or even eliminated after the substrate is in press-fit with surface of the metal mask. Patterns obtained through evaporation are clear in shape and outline and normal in size. Hence, the product yield is increased.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of display technologies, and more particularly, to a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a drive transistor and an OLED light-emitting element. A first switching element transmits an initialization signal to the drive transistor in response to a reset signal. A second switching element transmits a data signal to the drive transistor in response to a scanning signal. A third switching element transmits the data signal to a coupling capacitor in response to the scanning signal. A fourth switching element is connected to the drive transistor in response to the scanning signal. A fifth switching element transmits a first power signal to the first terminal of the drive transistor in response to a control signal. A sixth switching element transmits, in response to the control signal, an output current of the drive transistor to the OLED light-emitting element.

Abstract: A printing screen method includes: providing at least one printing scraper assembly, wherein the printing scraper assembly has a printing scraper and a pressure sensing feedback system; placing at least one printing screen on a substrate; detecting and supplying a pressure value between the printing scraper and the printing screen during printing by the pressure sensing feedback system; and comparing the supplied pressure value and a predetermined pressure value, and changing the pressure between the printing scraper and the printing screen if a difference between the feedback pressure value and the predetermined pressure value is larger than a predetermined threshold. An imprinting apparatus implementing the printing screen method is also provided.
