摘要: Soft surface articles may be treated during manufacture with treatment articles loaded with treatment chemicals while drying the soft surface articles. This eliminates a step of adding the treatment chemicals to a water bath containing the treatment chemicals. Eliminating this step reduces the amount of water used in the manufacture of the soft surface articles and also removes the requirement of having to process a vat of waste water.

The preparation method is as follow: the lining is configured as a finished product for standby through the following process, including cleaning, drying, restoration of circular, generating burrs, fixing the length of burrs; the device includes the first module, the second module, the third module, the fourth module and the fifth module. The present invention has the advantages of simple operation, short time, low cost and obvious treatment effect, the bonding strength between the separation function layer and the lining is enhanced, and the separation function layer is not easy to fall off, the physical damage resistance is greatly increased, it is not easy to fall off and the initial bubble point pressure of the prepared enhanced film is high.

摘要: A system and method for cationization of textiles preferably starting with the dry raw greige tubular or open width goods that are made from either a cellulosic or cellulosic blended fabric. The system can include an inducer apparatus with chemical dosification system. In a preferred embodiment, the dry tubular goods are sent in a flat configuration to a first impregnation tank where it receives a multi-functional reaction fluid. After leaving the first impregnation tank, the now wet fabric is turned (when in a tubular width fabric form) by a turning unit and then sent to a second impregnation tank where it again is exposed to the multi-functional reaction fluid. The turning of the fabric causes the side edge positions of the flat tubular fabric to change its physics dynamics which allows for the multi-functional reaction fluid to be evenly applied to the entire fabric. Turning is not needed for open with fabric as it is flat, thus having only one dynamic when analyzed with physics.

摘要: A method for decolorizing a polyester fabric is provided, which includes: providing a dyed polyester fabric, in which a material of the dyed polyester fabric contains a dye and a water repellent; providing a composite solvent, in which the composite solvent includes propylene glycol methyl ether (PM) and acetic acid that are mixed together; and performing an extraction process, which includes using the composite solvent to wet the dyed polyester fabric and remove the dye and the water repellent from the material of the polyester fabric by extraction, so as to obtain a reduced polyester fabric.

摘要: A knitted spacer fabric has a tightly knitted bottom layer, a more loosely knitted upper layer and linking fibres extending across the space between the lower and upper faces. Settable material, e.g. cement, is introduced into the space between the upper and lower faces and can be caused to set by the addition of a liquid, e.g. water. Until set, the fabric is flexible and can be shaped but after the material in space has set, the fabric is rigid and can be used as a structural element in a wide range of situations. The bottom layer has an extension that extends beyond the upper face and is connected to the upper face by elastic connecting fibres that draw the extension towards the other face, thereby at least partly closing the space at the edge of the cloth and preventing the settable material from spilling out. In addition, the packing of the settable material and maximum space between the faces are such that only a predetermined amount of liquid can be accommodated within the space and that amount is matched to the water required to set the cement.

摘要: Disclosed are a polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric, and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric is interwoven by warp and weft, the warp adopts dyed polyester as a covering layer and low-temperature spandex as a core-spun yarn of a core yarn, a weight ratio of the polyester to the low-temperature spandex is 4-49:1, and the polyester is subjected to alkali deweighting treatment to form an eroded surface. The polyester cotton-like yarn-dyed fabric has good cotton feeling, high elasticity, high color fastness and low ironing shrinkage rate, and is suitable for making high-quality clothing, especially shirts. The manufacturing method of the yarn-dyed fabric is energy-saving and emission-reducing, and can manufacture a novel polyester yarn-dyed fabric with low ironing shrinkage rate, high color fastness and cotton-like hand feeling. Use of the yarn-dyed fabric for making clothing such as shirts increases the selectivity and functionality.

Without treatment, the garments can exhibit color loss (e.g., color change or fading) from exposure to ozone in the atmosphere. The indigo-dyed garments with anti-ozone treatment can serve as base templates in a laser finishing process flow. The anti-ozone treatment of the base templates can include a rinse including an ascorbic acid or vitamin C constituent during a base preparation process. Then quantities of these base templates can manufactured and stored for periods of time without exhibiting ozone-related degradation effects.

The systems and methods relate to processes for controlling the color of metalized fabrics. Specifically, for some embodiments, the systems and methods relate to methods of making metalized fabrics that are lighter in color than prior metalized fabrics. Such fabrics may be printed on or dyed using lighter colors than would be possible when using prior metalized fabrics. The systems and methods herein may include dye baths and wash baths that are hotter than prior art processes.
