摘要: Provided is a cold-rolled steel sheet including: by weight %, C: 0.10 to 0.16%, Si: 0.3 to 0.8%, Al: 0.01 to 0.5%, Mn: 2.0 to 3.0%, Cr: 0.001 to 0.5%, Mo: 0.001 to 0.5%, B: 0.0001 to 0.001%, Nb: 0.001 to 0.05%, Ti: 0.001 to 0.05%, P: 0.04% or less (excluding 0%), S: 0.01% or less (excluding 0%), N: 0.01% or less (excluding 0%), a remainder of Fe, and other unavoidable impurities, as a microstructure, by area %, ferrite: 10% or less (excluding 0%), retained austenite: more than 1% to 5% or less, martensite: 25% or more but less than 50%, and bainite: 35% or more but less than 70%. An average size of martensite-austenite (MA) in the bainite is 0.35 to 0.55 μm.

The steel plate includes the following components in percentage by mass: 0.10%-0.14% of C, 0.10%-0.25% of Si, 0.25%-0.50% of Mn, P≤0.006%, S≤0.002%, 1.80%-2.10% of Cr, 1.00%-1.35% of Mo, 0.80%-1.20% of Ni, 0%-0.04% of Nb, 0.05%-0.10% of V, 0.03%-0.06% of Ti, 0%-0.02% of Alt, 0.001%-0.004% of Ca, 0.01%-0.03% of N, Sn≤0.001%, H≤0.0001%, and O≤0.0020%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a high temperature temper embrittlement resistance coefficient J=(Si+Mn)×(P+Sn)×104≤50. The provided process procedures can ensure the comprehensive performance requirements of the steel plate for an advanced nuclear power unit evaporator.

An adhesive section having an SDR value of 3-30%, determined according to ISO 25178, is provided on the free outer face of the corrosion protection coating for adhering the sheet metal component to another component.

摘要: An R—Fe—B sintered magnet, and a preparation method therefor and use thereof are provided. The surface of the R—Fe—B sintered magnet has an oxide adhesive layer, and is obtained by means of the heat preservation and heat treatment of an R—Fe—B magnet having a composite diffusion layer on the surface thereof. The heat treatment comprises alternately carrying out a low-temperature heat treatment at 750° C.-830° C. and a high-temperature heat treatment at 830° C.-970° C., and a neodymium iron boron green body having the oxide adhesive layer on the surface thereof is obtained. The grain boundary diffusion of the R—Fe—B magnet is optimized, and the coercive force distribution of the magnet is improved. The R—Fe—B sintered magnet can be used in the field of automobiles, wind power generation, household electric motors, medical apparatuses or mobile communication appliances.
