Abstract: A method for supplying a liquid to an inhaler cartridge includes a housing body including an accommodation space capable of accommodating a liquid, a first opening communicating with the accommodation space and opened in a first direction, and a second opening communicating with the accommodation space and opened in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction, and a cap configured to be formed separately from the housing body and close the first opening. The method includes closing the first opening with the cap, and after the first opening is closed, supplying the liquid to the accommodation space through the second opening.

The transfer device includes a first transfer sector and a second transfer sector, pre-arranged for receiving from the feeding means, respectively, first parts and second parts of electronic cigarettes to be welded and transferring them into the welding area. The first transfer sector and the second transfer sector are mobile in rotation about an axis, independently of one another.

Abstract: An electronic cigarette and a method for manufacturing an atomizing assembly thereof. The electronic cigarette comprises a liquid reservoir used for storing an e-liquid, and an atomizing assembly received in a shell. The atomizing assembly comprises: a liquid-absorbing element connected to the liquid reservoir, wherein the liquid-absorbing element is made of porous ceramic, and has a liquid-absorbing surface for absorbing the e-liquid and an atomizing surface; and a heating element embedded in the liquid-absorbing element, wherein the edge of the heating element is internally tangent to the atomizing surface, and the heating element is used for converting the e-liquid absorbed by the liquid-absorbing element into smoke. The electronic cigarette further comprises a power supply assembly received in the shell, connected to the atomizing assembly, and used for supplying power for the heating element.

Abstract: Cartridges for vaporizer devices are provided. In one exemplary embodiment, the cartridge can include a reservoir housing, an airflow tube that extends through the reservoir housing, and a folded mesh that is disposed within the airflow tube and includes a plurality of folds. The airflow tube defines a passageway extending therethrough and at least a portion of the airflow tube is permeable to the vaporizable material, in which the permeable portion of the airflow tube is configured to draw vaporizable material from the reservoir housing into the airflow tube for vaporization. The folded mesh is configured to change from a deactivated state to an activated state in response to receiving an electric current, and when in the activated state, the folded mesh is configured to generate an amount of heat that is sufficient to vaporize at least a portion of the vaporizable material drawn from the reservoir housing. Vaporizer devices are also provided.

Abstract: The present invention provides a 3D atomizing heating component comprising a plate body having upper and lower surfaces, the plate body providing a plurality of 3D heating units for guiding, heating and atomizing the e-liquid. The 3D heating units have a through hole in the plate body and guide channels distributed regularly at the periphery of the through hole, which runs through the upper and lower surfaces of the plate body. The guide channels are recessed from the surface of the plate body and communicate with the through hole. The guide channels of the adjacent 3D heating units are connected with each other on the surface of the plate body, and the plurality of 3D heating units form a regular pattern on the surface of the plate body. The components provided improve the taste and user experience. Manufacturing is easy, facilitating the mass and mechanical production.

Abstract: A power supply unit for an aerosol inhaler, which includes a power supply configured to discharge electricity to a load that is configured to heat an aerosol generation source and has a correlation between temperature and electric resistance values, includes: a first element connected in series to the load and having a first electric resistance value; a second series circuit that includes a second element having a second electric resistance value, and a third element connected in series to the second element and having a third electric resistance value, the second series circuit being connected in parallel with a first series circuit including the load and the first element; and an operational amplifier connected to the first series circuit and the second series circuit. The first electric resistance value is less than an electric resistance value of the load.
