    Abstract: This non-combusting flavor inhaler is provided with: an atomization unit that is configured to atomize an aerosol source without entailing combustion; a power source that stores power that is supplied to the atomization unit; and a control unit that is configured to control power supply to the atomization unit using a mode selected from among a plurality of modes. The plurality of modes include a plurality of operation modes for generating an aerosol from the atomization unit, and a restriction mode for restricting driving of the atomization unit, said mode being decided separately from the plurality of operation modes.

    Abstract: A method for supplying a liquid to an inhaler cartridge includes a housing body including an accommodation space capable of accommodating a liquid, a first opening communicating with the accommodation space and opened in a first direction, and a second opening communicating with the accommodation space and opened in a second direction substantially perpendicular to the first direction, and a cap configured to be formed separately from the housing body and close the first opening. The method includes closing the first opening with the cap, and after the first opening is closed, supplying the liquid to the accommodation space through the second opening.

The cartridge includes: a housing including an accommodation space capable of accommodating a liquid, an air flow passage, and a partition member partitioning the accommodation space and the air flow passage in a longitudinal direction; and a heater configured to be capable of heating the liquid and arranged in the air flow passage.     Abstract: A flavor inhaler cartridge includes a housing, a movable lid member, an aerosol flow passage, a turning member, and a motion conversion mechanism. The housing includes a reservoir space to house a liquid and an atomizing space to atomize the liquid. With the movable lid member, the reservoir space and the atomizing space are openably/closably partitioned. The aerosol flow passage supplies an aerosol generated by the atomization of the liquid from the atomizing space to outside of the housing. The motion conversion mechanism converts the circumferential turning motion of the turning member into an axial linear motion of the lid member. The lid member is fixed to the motion conversion mechanism. The motion conversion mechanism is configured such that circumferentially turning the turning member moves the lid member in a direction of approaching the turning member and communicates between the reservoir space and the atomizing space.
