摘要: A rotary compressor is provided that may include at least one vane that is slidably inserted into at least one vane slot provided in a roller or a cylinder so as to separate a compression space into a plurality of compression chambers. The at least one vane has an at least one oil supply groove formed in at least one of axial side surfaces, respectively, facing a main bearing and a sub bearing. The at least one oil supply groove may be longer in a longitudinal direction of the at least one vane than in a widthwise direction of the at least one vane. With this structure, it is possible to suppress friction loss and wear on a friction surface by supplying oil to the friction surface in contact with the at least one vane.

The second scroll member includes a second end plate that has a first surface, a second surface, and an oil passage. The first surface has a second scroll wrap meshingly engaging the first scroll wrap. The second surface includes an oil aperture. The oil passage is in fluid communication with the oil aperture. The bearing housing cooperates with the second scroll member to define an interior volume. Lubricant in the interior volume is selectively allowed to flow into the oil passage via the oil aperture.

The lower bearing arrangement (28) comprises a radial bearing housing (34) including an inner radial bearing surface (37) surrounding the lower end portion of the drive shaft; upper and lower axial thrust bearings (43, 44) configured to limit an axial movement of the drive shaft; and a pressurized oil chamber (51) fluidly connected to the oil pump (29), the pressurized oil chamber (51) being at least partially delimited by the outer surface of the lower end portion of the drive shaft, the inner radial bearing surface (37) and the upper and lower axial thrust bearings (43, 44).

摘要: A compressor may include a compression mechanism and an oil pump. The compression mechanism is configured to compress a working fluid. The oil pump may be defined by a driveshaft and a bearing. The driveshaft is drivingly connected to the compression mechanism and includes a lubricant passage. The bearing receives a portion of the driveshaft and includes a bearing surface that rotatably supports the driveshaft. The bearing includes a pump cavity surface that is spaced apart from the driveshaft and cooperates with a diametrical surface of the driveshaft to define a pump cavity that extends around the diametrical surface of the driveshaft. The bearing includes an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The inlet passage receives oil from an oil sump and provides oil to the pump cavity. The outlet passage receives oil from the pump cavity and provides oil to the lubricant passage of the driveshaft.

摘要: A compressor includes a driving motor, a centrifugation space, a discharge pipe, a rotary shaft, a compression portion, a pump assembly, and an oil pickup. The centrifugation space is defined inside a case by a downstream side of the driving motor and the case, and enables centrifugation of a compressed refrigerant and a lubricant oil. The discharge pipe can discharge the refrigerant from the centrifugation space outside the case. The rotary shaft is coupled to a rotor of the driving motor and defines an oil supply path. The compression portion is provided at an upstream side of the driving motor and can compress the refrigerant as the rotary shaft rotates. The pump assembly is provided below the rotary shaft and can pump oil as rotated with the rotary shaft. The oil pickup defines an oil supply path between the pump assembly and a low oil space formed inside the case.

The passage separator may include a first partition wall and a second partition wall. The first partition wall may be disposed between an inner circumferential surface of a casing and a discharge hole of the compression device, and the second partition wall may be disposed between the discharge hole and a balance weight. Accordingly, the refrigerant passage may be separated from the oil passage between the compression device and electric motor drive, thereby efficiently recovering oil to an oil storage space.

摘要: A rotary compressor, comprising: a housing, comprising a lubricant oil storage part for containing lubricating oil; a compression mechanism disposed in the housing; a driving mechanism driving the compression mechanism, the driving mechanism comprising a rotation shaft, through-holes extending along the axial direction of the rotating shaft are disposed inside the rotating shaft, and the rotation shaft is in fluid connection with the lubricating oil storage part via the through-holes; and an oil level sensor in fluid connection with the through-holes inside the rotation shaft via a pressurized collection channel. Also disclosed is a rotation mechanism, comprising an oil level sensor in fluid connection with the through-holes inside the rotation shaft via the pressurized collection channel. Accurate and reliable detection of the lubricating oil in a compressor can be done using the pressurized collection channel and the oil level sensor, thus greatly saving cost and improving compressor reliability.
