The inlet end of the flow channel includes a number of static vanes comprising gas collecting openings, the vanes extend radially from an inner wall of the flow channel toward the center of the flow channel and are upstream of the impeller.

摘要: An impeller for use in a pump assembly for a fluid circuit of an engine of a vehicle comprises a plurality of projections provided at radially spaced locations relative to a rotational axis of the impeller, the impeller being rotatable relative to a housing of the pump assembly. The projections extend axially from a surface of the impeller and circumferentially about the rotational axis of the impeller. At least one of the projections is configured to be at least partially received in a recess provided in the housing such that a flow path is provided by the projection and the respective recess, wherein the flow path provides a tortuous flow route for fluid between an inlet and outlet of the pump assembly so as to restrict flow of fluid along said flow path and thereby minimise flow of fluid from the outlet back towards the inlet in a direction opposite to the intended direction of flow.

摘要: A water pump of an engine cooling system includes a thermal valve that divides an outlet space of a pump housing of an outlet port, through which the engine coolant pumped into the internal space of a pump housing is discharged, into a front end discharge region and a rear end discharge region. The thermal valve also forms a dual flow path through which the engine coolant is discharged to the front end discharge region and the rear end discharge region according to the increase of the coolant temperature. The cooling of a cylinder block and a cylinder head of an engine are thus separately adjusted.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a cooling fan and a heat dissipating module including the same. The cooling fan includes a base, a tube, a bearing, a stator, a rotor, and fan blades. The base includes a base convex structure. Each of the fan blades includes a first concave structure. When the cooling fan is working, the base convex structure pass through the first concave structure on each of the fan blades. The base convex structure and the first concave structure not only increase the heat exchange area of the base but break the thermal boundary layer on the base repeatedly to improve the heat dissipating effect when the cooling fan is working.

摘要: Provided is a chemical injection pump that is installed below an electric submersible pump. In general, the chemical injection pump is either driven by an electric motor that draws power from the electric submersible pump motor or from energized fluid leaving the electric submersible pump output port. The electric submersible pump provides electric or hydraulic power to run the chemical injection pump. Therefore, no surface chemical injection pump is required and hence less space is needed.
