    摘要: The invention relates to a discharge screw arrangement (12) for discharging lignocellulosic material (7) from a lignocellulosic treatment reactor (1) and comprises a discharge screw (10), a feeder pipe (11) and a blow pipe (5), the discharge screw being accommodated in and rotatably arranged inside the feeder pipe and being configured to mechanically transport the lignocellulosic material in a longitudinal direction along a rotational axis of the discharge screw through the feeder pipe towards a downstream end (14) of the feeder pipe, which discharge screw arrangement is configured to allow steam to flow through the feeder pipe to help transporting the lignocellulosic material in the longitudinal direction along through the feeder pipe and out of the feeder pipe through an outlet nozzle (24) arranged in a side wall of the feeder pipe (11) at the downstream end of the feeder pipe and into the blow pipe, wherein the discharge screw arrangement further comprises a material spreader (20), which is rotatably arranged at the downstream end of the feeder pipe and is configured to transport the lignocellulosic material in a radial direction, perpendicular to a rotational axis of the material spreader, towards the outlet nozzle, which is arranged peripherally of the material spreader, and out of the feeder pipe through the outlet nozzle and into the blow pipe.

    摘要: A filter unit is connected between a tray and a discharging duct of a spiral conveyor. The filter unit includes a first filter (perforated metal) that is fixed at a position close to the outer periphery of a conveying spiral, and a second filter (mesh filter) that rotates on the outside of the conveying spiral and the first filter. A washing nozzle sprays a washing liquid on the second filter. The chips captured by the first filter are scraped by the rotating conveying spiral and delivered back to the conveying path and the chips passing through the first filter but captured by the second filter are removed by the washing nozzle and delivered back to the conveying path. The washing liquid is sprayed at a predetermined angle from the washing nozzle and collides with vanes arranged on the outer periphery of the second filter and provides rotational force on the second filter.

    摘要: A coffee bean conveyance device includes a conveying unit, a coffee bean holding unit and a driving mechanism. The conveying unit is a hollow member detachably assembled to the coffee bean holding unit, such that the coffee bean holding unit and the conveying unit are internally communicable with each other. The driving mechanism is eccentrically connected to the conveying unit, such that axes of the conveying unit and driving mechanism are parallelly spaced from each other. When the driving mechanism operates, coffee beans in the coffee bean holding unit are caused to stably move into the conveying unit and a constant weight or quantity of coffee beans is continuously fed to a coffee bean grinder or a coffee bean dispenser disposed below an outlet of the conveying unit. With these arrangements, the feeding of irregular weight or quantity of coffee beans to the coffee bean grinder or dispenser is avoided.

The material distribution system generally includes an auger for conveying a material and a hopper connected to the auger. The hopper is adapted to receive the material from the auger. A distributor is rotatably connected below the lower opening of the hopper such that the material may flow through the lower opening into the distributor. A cutter is slideably connected between the hopper and the distributor, wherein the cutter is adjustable between a first position covering the lower opening of the hopper and a second position not covering the lower opening of the hopper. The cutter is adapted to cut through the material such that a portion of the material exits the distributor via an outlet.

    摘要: This invention is about a coal feeding system (1) which feeds pulverized coal and oxygen separately and vertically through concentric pipes directly to the upper level of the reactor (R) at entrained flow gasification systems. The system (1) consists a top intake (2), a side intake (3), an air supply chamber (4), an oxygen port (5), an ultrasonic sensor port (6), an inner concentric pipe (7), and an outer concentric pipe (8). The system (1) also operates with a coal bunker (K), a screw feeder (B) for adjusting the coal mass flow rate from the coal bunker (K) through the coal feeding system (1) to the reactor (R), and a reactor (R) where the coal are sprayed from the coal feeding system (1) and gasified at high temperatures.
