摘要: The present disclosure provides a system for refining long chain dicarboxylic acid, comprising: a first membrane filtration unit, for a first membrane filtration of a long chain dicarboxylic acid fermentation broth or a treated liquid therefrom; a first decolorization unit, for carrying out a first decolorization treatment to the filtrate obtained after the membrane filtration; a first acidification/crystallization unit, for carrying out a first acidification/crystallization of a filtrate obtained after the membrane filtration to give a solid-liquid mixture; a first separation unit, for a solid-liquid separation of the solid-liquid mixture; a drying unit, for drying the solid separated by the separation unit to give a first solid. By using the refining system according to the present disclosure, the purity of the obtained product is high, and the disadvantages such as poor quality of the product obtained by crystallization from a solvent and environment pollution caused by a solvent can be overcome.

摘要: Continuous extraction concentration and isolation units are constructed with at least one extraction chambers containing extractable material. Without disruption of total fluid flow in the unit: an extraction chamber completely depleted of extract can be refilled with fresh extractable material or can be replaced with an extraction chamber containing fresh extractable material. Extract are continuously separated from one or more solvents in expansion chambers and removed. All solvents can be retained within the unit. One or more compressors circulate the fluids through the extraction chambers, the expansion chamber, and a condenser, where the expansion chamber and the condenser can be coupled as a heat exchanger. One or more isolators can be included for selectively removing components that are extracted from the plant material without disruption of the process and provide the removed components in concentrated or pure form.

摘要: A crystallization process comprising introducing a solution or a slurry formed by incomplete crystallization of a solute into a crystallization tank, crystallizing the solute in the crystallization tank, forming a slurry comprising crystals and a solvent and discharging the formed slurry to an outside, the crystallization being conducted, wherein a portion or an entire amount of the formed slurry is taken out of the crystallization tank and introduced into a crystal recycling apparatus, the crystals in the slurry are separated or the slurry is concentrated in the crystal recycling apparatus and the separated crystals or the concentrated slurry is recycled to the crystallization tank. Since the crystal recycling apparatus is disposed and the crystallization is conducted while the separated crystals or the concentrated slurry is recycled from the crystal recycling apparatus to the crystallization tank, the residence time of the crystals and the concentration of the slurry in the crystallization tank can be increased. By controlling the flow rate of the recycled crystals, the distribution of the particle diameter can be improved and crystals having a desired average particle diameter can be obtained. Sticking of crystals to the liquid surface portions of the crystallization tank and apparatuses connected to the crystallization tank can be prevented.

摘要: A fluid treatment apparatus and method for preventing or removing the formation of paraffin, scale, salt encrustation, emulsion, and the like on the interior surface of a conduit carrying a fluid. The fluid treatment apparatus comprises a turbulent flow generator, a plurality of support cylinders inside the apparatus, symmetrically opposed lower and upper flow distribution holes in the support cylinders, a plurality of permanent magnets within the support cylinders oriented with adjacent magnets having the opposite polarity, magnetic field intensification disks disposed between each magnet, and two magnetic field closure rings engaged with the support cylinders for securing the position of the cylinders and magnets and for closing and concentrating the magnetic fields at both extremities of the plurality of magnets. The method for preventing or removing the formation of paraffin, scale, salt encrustation, emulsion, and the like from the interior surface of a conduit transferring a fluid consisting of inducing the turbulent flow of the fluid with the conduit, subjecting the fluid to a plurality of magnetic fields, and inducing further the turbulent flow of the fluid within the conduit.
