Abstract: The present invention provides a touch control electrode and a manufacture method thereof. Only the second electrode (12) is covered with an insulation layer (13) in the touch control electrode, and the first electrode (11) is not covered with the insulation layer to ensure that a lateral capacitance variable and a fringing field capacitance variable are generated as being touched while the bridging line (112) and the second electrode (12) are insulated, and thus to increase the total capacitance variable as being touched, to promote the signal to noise ratio, and the touch result is better.

Abstract: The present invention provides a GOA circuit applied for the In Cell type touch display panel. The third transmission gate (TG3) comprising the second P-type thin film transistor (T2) and the third N-type thin film transistor (T3), the first P-type thin film transistor (T1) and the fourth N-type thin film transistor (T4) are added in the output buffer module (600), and the touch control signal (TCK) and the inverted touch control signal (XTCK) are introduced to control the working status of the output buffer module (600). Thus, in the touch scan stage, the third transmission gate (TG3) is deactivated, and the first, the fourth thin film transistors (T1, T4) are activated, and the gate scan driving signal output end (Gate(N)) is floating, and similarly jumps between high, low voltage levels along with that the touch scan driving signal jumps between high, low voltage levels.

Abstract: This disclosure discloses an array substrate comprising: a substrate; a driver chip, located on the substrate; a plurality of data lines, arranged in turn on the substrate, extended longitudinally and electrically connected to the driver chip; a plurality of high level lines; a metal block, located on the substrate and electrically connected to the high level lines, so that the high level lines at the same high level; wherein the data lines are electrically connected to driver chip through the area which the metal block is located in, and an insulating layer exists between the metal block and the data lines, a hollow area located in the metal block overlaps the data lines to reduce parasitic capacitance formed by the metal block and the data lines. This disclosure also discloses an AMOLED display device. Impact of resistor-capacitor delay and damage to components can be reduced by using this disclosure.

Abstract: An array substrate having an embedded touch structure is disclosed. A common electrode layer is divided in to multiple first and second electrodes. Multiple first and second electrode connecting lines disposed in a touch wiring layer are respectively connected the first and second electrodes to a driving integrated chip one by one. A common voltage signal line, a first switching signal line and a first and second switches are disposed in a layout area. In a display sequence, the first switching signal controls the first and second switches to turn on, so the first and second electrode connecting lines are respectively connected to the common voltage signal line. In a touch sequence, the first switching signal controls the first and second switches to turn off to disconnect the first and second electrode connecting lines and the common voltage signal line. A display panel having the array substrate is also disclosed.

Abstract: The data driving method for the display panel according to the present invention adjusts the demux signal and drives the sub-pixels in the regular deployment as such. the timing of a demux signal has different pulse intervals and as such, the timing of the demux signal becomes disorder or irregular. In such a way, the present invention can prevent the sub-pixels of a particular color from being insufficiently recharged in polarity inversion, solves the color deviation problem, and makes the screen image more uniform. Also, the present invention adopts the RGBW regular deployment and therefore all the RGBW masks can be shared without the drawback of unable to share the masks under the circumstance of the existing RGBW disorder deployment.
