    Abstract: The present application provides a liquid crystal display panel and an liquid crystal display device, which includes an array substrate, a color film substrate, liquid crystals, and a fingerprint identification module, the array substrate is disposed on one side facing the user; the liquid crystal is positioned between the array substrate and the color film substrate; the fingerprint identification module is formed on one side of the array substrate facing the liquid crystal; the fingerprint identification module includes a thin film transistor and a photodiode for convert light energy into electrical energy, the thin film transistor is electrically connected to an output end of the photodiode.

    Abstract: A touch panel metal grid structure with augmented mutual capacitance includes a substrate, a driver layer, a detection layer, and a capacitance detection device. The driver layer is disposed on the substrate. The driver layer includes a plurality of circular patterns and each two said circular patterns are connected together by using a bridge wire. The detection layer is disposed on the substrate. The detection layer includes a plurality of polarized quadrilateral patterns. Each of the polarized quadrilateral patterns is disposed correspondingly to each of the circular patterns to form a touch-sensing pattern. The capacitance detection device is electrically connected to the detection layer and the driver layer. Therefore, the present invention can enhance touch control signals and can effectively prevent a cathode and other electric fields from interfering in the signals.

The method comprises: forming an active layer on a substrate; forming an insulation layer on the active layer; forming a first metal layer on the insulation layer; forming an interlayer dielectric layer and a pixel electrode layer on the first metal layer by a same mask; forming a second metal layer on the interlayer dielectric layer, wherein the second metal layer comprises a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a touch signal line; and forming a patterned protective layer and a patterned common electrode layer on the second metal layer.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method for a liquid crystal display panel is disclosed and includes a step forming a refractive index gradient layer, a step forming a gate electrode insulation layer, a step forming a first interlayer dielectric layer, and a step forming a second interlayer dielectric layer. The step forming a refractive index gradient layer includes depositing a silicon nitride layer on a glass substrate, depositing the refractive index gradient layer on the silicon nitride layer. The refractive index gradient layer is silicon oxide, and includes a lower refractive index decremental layer and a lower refractive index constant layer. A refractive index of the decremental layer gradually decreases along a direction away from the silicon nitride layer, the lower refractive index constant layer is on the lower refractive index decremental layer. A reflection rate between light in film layers can be lowered to improve light transmittance of the display panel.
