Disclosed embodiments may include receiving data from a plurality of sources through one or more networks. Disclosed embodiments may also include assigning a geographic area to the data from the plurality of sources, the geographic area corresponding to one or more locations associated with the data. Additionally, disclosed embodiments may include determining health effects for a predetermined location based on the data and its associated geographic locations. Further, disclosed embodiments may include generating, by querying a predetermined response database, instructions that address the determined health affects for the predetermined location, the instructions including an action and an associated device. And, disclosed embodiments may include transmitting, to the associated device, the action associated with the instructions.
