Abstract: An electronic device including an antenna and a conductive pattern formed around the antenna is provided. The electronic device includes a housing including a first plate, a second plate facing away from the first plate, and a side member surrounding a space between the first plate and the second plate, connected to the second plate or integrally formed with the second plate, and including a conductive material, an injection-molding material disposed in the space between the first plate and the second plate in the housing and formed of a non-conductive material, an antenna module including conductive radiators and supported by the injection-molding material, and a conductive pattern disposed on a first surface adjacent to the second plate of the injection-molding material or disposed inside the injection-molding material and disposed adjacent to a part of an edge of the antenna module corresponding to a boundary between the antenna module and the injection-molding material when viewed from the second plate in a direction of the first plate. A partial conductive radiator of the conductive radiators may be disposed to transmit and/or receive a signal through the second plate.

Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a support member, a front plate disposed on a front surface of the support member, a back plate disposed on a back surface of the support member, a non-conductive structure interposed between the back plate and an edge of the support member and fixed to the support member, and an antenna structure interposed between the back plate and an edge of the support member. At least a portion of the antenna structure may be disposed to face the non-conductive structure. In a region of the non-conductive structure, which faces the antenna structure, a separated distance from the antenna structure varies depending on a distance from a bottom surface of the support member to which the non-conductive structure is fixed.

The flexible substrate may include a first connecting portion electrically connected to the PCB, an interconnecting portion extended from the first connecting portion to the first antenna structure, at least one branch portion branched from at least a part of the interconnecting portion, and extended to the at least one second antenna structure, at least one first conductive path disposed in the interconnecting portion, and electrically connecting the first connecting portion and the first antenna structure, and at least one second conductive path disposed in the interconnecting portion and the at least one branch portion, and electrically connecting the first connecting portion and the at least one second antenna structure.

Abstract: Disclosed is a memory device which includes a memory cell array that includes a plurality of memory cells, and a peripheral circuit configured to perform a plurality of operations on the memory cell array by using a plurality of operating voltages. The peripheral circuit includes a voltage generating circuit including a first pump block, a second pump block, and a common pump block. The voltage generating circuit connects the first pump block and the common pump block in parallel to generate a first operating voltage among the plurality of operating voltages and connects the common pump block and the second pump block in series to generate a second operating voltage among the plurality of operating voltages. The common pump block is configurable to match the first pump block, the second pump block, or both, as needed.

Abstract: An electronic device includes glass comprising at least a front surface of the electronic device, a display panel disposed under the glass, a conductive sheet attached to the display panel or integrated into the display panel, a support including a first portion comprising a side surface of the electronic device and a second portion comprising a mounting space for parts, in which the first portion of the support includes a metal portion comprising a radiator, and insulation portions disposed at opposite ends of the metal portion, and the second portion of the support includes at least one via hole or recess, a printed circuit board (PCB) including a ground, wireless communication circuitry disposed on the PCB, at least one processor operatively connected with the wireless communication circuitry, a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) electrically connected with the conductive sheet to operatively connect the display panel with the at least one processor, and a cover comprising a rear surface of the electronic device. The glass, the display panel, and the conductive sheet are seated on a first surface of the second structure of the supporting member. The PCB and the cover of the electronic device are seated on a second surface of the second portion. The second portion of the support electrically connects the support with the ground of the PCB by making contact with one of conductive contacts of the PCB on at least one point. The FPCB includes a first path extending from the first surface to the second surface through the at least one via hole or the recess of the support. The first path of the FPCB extending to the second surface electrically connects the conductive sheet with the ground of the PCB. The conductive sheet is electrically connected with the metal portion of the support through a selection part comprising selective connection circuitry. The wireless communication circuitry receives a signal having a specific frequency band based on an electrical path comprising the wireless communication circuitry, the metal portion of the support, the selection part, and the conductive sheet.
