    Abstract: A receiving apparatus is provided. The receiving apparatus includes a first receiver which receives a first signal through a radio frequency (RF) broadcast network, a second receiver which receives a second signal through an internet protocol (IP) communication network, and a signal processor which detects pair type information from at least one of the first signal and the second signal, selects pair information, corresponding to the pair type information, from among the pair information included in the at least one of the first signal and the second signal, and synchronizes the first signal and the second signal with each other according to the selected pair information. Accordingly, different signals are synchronized and output.
