Abstract: An electronic apparatus according to an embodiment comprises: a housing including a first surface, a second surface facing the first surface, and a third surface which surrounds the inner space between the first surface and the second surface; a support member extending from the housing to the outside of the housing to support the housing; a speaker module arranged in the inner space; a first window arranged between the first surface and the speaker module and including a first light-transmitting surface facing the first surface and a first reflective surface facing away from the first light-transmitting surface; a second window arranged between the first window and the first surface and including a second light-transmitting surface facing the first surface and a second reflective surface facing away from the second light-transmitting surface; a light source module arranged between the first window and the speaker module; and a light diffusion member arranged between the light source module and the first reflective surface. The first window may include a light-transmitting region formed on at least a portion of the first reflective surface, through which light diffused by the light diffusion member transmits. Other embodiments are possible.

Abstract: An electronic device and operation method are provided that include a communication circuit, a memory to store mapping data in which identification information of a cellular communication network and information indicating whether the cellular communication network supports a standalone (SA) mode of a first cellular communication supported thereby are mapped, and a communication processor to, while searching for a node through the first cellular communication and/or second cellular communication, receive system information broadcast by the node, determine, based on identification information of a cellular communication network included in the system information and the mapping data, whether a cellular communication network corresponding to the node supports the SA mode of the first cellular communication, and, when it is determined that the cellular communication network does not support the SA mode, stop searching for the node through the first cellular communication and search for the node through the second cellular communication.

Abstract: A method of forming a material film includes providing a non-photosensitive mask on a substrate to expose a partial region of the substrate, forming a material film on the partial region of the substrate using a sputtering process, removing the non-photosensitive mask, and heat-treating the substrate and the material film from which the non-photosensitive mask is removed under a first gas atmosphere. The material film includes a transition metal and a chalcogen element. The sputtering process may include an RF magnetron sputtering process. The heat treatment may be performed at a higher temperature than a temperature of the forming the material film.
