Abstract: Methods and devices of a wireless system are provided. A user equipment (UE) of the wireless system receives configuration information from a base station (BS). The UE transmits repetitions of joint communication and sensing (JCS)-reference signals (RSs) on a first set of beams based on the configuration information. The UE determines a beam blockage prediction measurement for communication of a second set of beams received corresponding to the first set of beams. The UE transmits the beam blockage measurement to the BS.

Abstract: A method for PUSCH repetition or PRACH aggregation. In some embodiments, the method includes transmitting, by a User Equipment (UE), in a first slot, a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission including a set of coded bits selected from a circular buffer of the UE based on a first redundancy version (RV); determining, by the UE, that a second slot is available for an earliest repetition of the first PUSCH transmission, the second slot being later than the slot immediately following the first slot; determining, by the UE, based on the second slot, a second redundancy version; and transmitting, by the UE, in the second slot, a second PUSCH transmission including a set of coded bits selected from the circular buffer of the UE based on the second redundancy version, the second PUSCH transmission being a repetition of the first PUSCH transmission.

A method may include scheduling, by a first scheduling mechanism, a primary cell, wherein the first scheduling mechanism comprises scheduling the primary cell by a secondary cell, scheduling, by a second scheduling mechanism, the primary cell, and deactivating the secondary cell based on switching from the first scheduling mechanism to the second scheduling mechanism. The second scheduling mechanism may include self-scheduling.

Abstract: A method and a user equipment (UE) are provided for explicitly linking repeated physical downlink control channels (PDCCHs). The UE receives the repeated PDCCHs from a network. Each of the repeated PDCCHs include downlink control information (DCI) that schedules reception of a same physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) at the UE. The UE links the repeated PDCCHs having common PDCCH candidate numbers across search space (SS) sets of a control resource set (CORESET). The repeated PDCCHs are received in accordance with the UE and the network communicating using a multi-transmission and reception point (TRP) repetition scheme or a multi-TRP multi-chance scheme.

Abstract: A device, such as a UE, and a Transmit and Receive Point (TRP) in a High-Speed Train-Single Frequency Network (HST-SFN) are disclosed that provide network-assisted frequency-offset compensation for the device. The device includes a receiver that receives a first reference signal and a second reference signal sent over a wireless network from a first TRP. The device receiver determines delay-spread and average-delay information for a path between the first TRP to the device based on the first reference signal. The device receiver further receives a third reference signal from a second TRP that includes Doppler-shift and Doppler-spread information, and corresponds to a QCL RS of a fourth reference signal transmitted from the second TRP or corresponds to the second reference signal transmitted in a SFN manner from the first TRP.
