Abstract: Disclosed are: a communication technique for merging, with the Internet of Things (IoT) technology, a 5th-generation (5G) communication system for supporting a data transmission rate higher than that of a 4th-generation (4G) system; and a system therefor. The disclosure can be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car or connected car, health care, digital education, retailing, security and safety related services) on the basis of 5G communication technology and IoT related technology. One embodiment of the present invention enables a terminal to receive at least one reference signal from a base station in a mobile communication system, and to generate channel state information on the basis of the at least one reference signal so as to transmit the channel state information to the base station, wherein the at least one reference signal is received in a downlink pilot time slot (DwPTS) by using a resource determined on the basis of a special subframe configuration.

According to the present disclosure, there is provided a method for supporting repetitive transmission of uplink data by a base station in a mobile communication system operating in a time division duplex (TDD) based cell including at least one subframe for uplink transmission and at least one subframe for downlink transmission comprising repeatedly transmitting uplink data scheduling information in a downlink subframe where an uplink hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process is defined and repeatedly receiving uplink data in uplink subframes which start from an uplink subframe according to an HARQ transmission timing of an HARQ process defined in a downlink subframe where the repetitive transmitting of the uplink data scheduling information is complete.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method and an apparatus for transmitting and receiving data via a MAC protocol in a mobile communication system. The method includes inputting at least one Service Data Unit (SDU) containing transmission data through a corresponding logical channel and generating at least one first Protocol Data Unit (PDU) that includes said at least one SDU without including multiplexing information for identification of the logical channel, by a first transmission entity; acquiring the first PDU and generating a second PDU including the first PDU in a payload of the second PDU, by a second transmission entity that operates between the first transmission entity and a physical layer; inserting the multiplexing information for identification of the logical channel corresponding to said at least one first PDU into header information of the second PDU; and transmitting the second PDU through the physical layer. The method can reduce load due to additional processing, such as a bit operation or memory copying, in a receiver requiring high speed data transmission.

Abstract: A method is provided for when an allocation area of data indicated by control information overlaps a subsequent control information area occurring after a control information area is pre-configured by a higher layer signal or system information. A terminal may omit or partially perform a blind search for the subsequent control information area overlapping a data area. Additionally, a terminal may receive data based on an assumption that a data area has been mapped to the subsequent control information area, or a terminal may receive data based on an assumption that a data area has not been mapped to the subsequent control information area. Thus, the terminal may adaptively adjust a configuration area for a data area and prevent blind decoding to further reduce power consumption.

Abstract: A method by which a terminal transmits uplink control information including acknowledgment information in a wireless communication system supporting a carrier aggregation is provided. The method includes receiving, from a base station, downlink control information including indication information of a resource for transmitting the acknowledgment information; when the number of bits of the acknowledgment information is larger than the determined number of bits, determining a specific format of an uplink control channel to which the acknowledgment information will be transmitted; and transmitting the acknowledgment information in the uplink control channel of the specific format using the resource having been indicated on the basis of the indication information.

Abstract: A method for reporting channel state information by a terminal in a multiple access based communication system is provided. The method includes determining a most favored direction with a highest signal quality with respect to a reference signal received from a base station and determining, as a reported object, some channel directions including the most favored direction among channel directions formed together with the base station, identifying a channel quality information group including channel quality information corresponding to the some channel directions among channel quality information groups classified according to a distance measured with respect to the most favored direction, and transmitting the identified channel quality information group to the base station.
