    Abstract: A display device includes: a light-emitting element at a display area; a driving element electrically connected to the light-emitting element; an encapsulation layer covering the light-emitting element; a touch sensor on the encapsulation layer; a connection pad at a bonding area, the connection pad including a lower conductive layer, an intermediate conductive layer on the lower conductive layer, and an upper conductive layer on the intermediate conductive layer; a cladding layer covering at least a side surface of the intermediate conductive layer and including an organic material; a passivation layer covering an upper surface of the cladding layer and including an inorganic material, a portion of the passivation layer being located under the upper conductive layer; and a driving circuit attached to the connection pad.

    Abstract: A display device is disclosed. In one aspect, the device includes a substrate and a display unit disposed on the substrate and including a plurality of pixels each pixel including a thin film transistor, a display element electrically connected to the thin film transistor, and a planarization layer interposed between the thin film transistor and the display element. The display unit includes a display region and a non-display region surrounding the display region, wherein the non-display region includes a voltage line. The planarization layer comprises a central portion, an outer portion and a dividing region interposed between the central and outer portions, wherein the dividing region is located in the non-display region. The planarization layer covers at least a lateral side of the voltage line formed in the dividing region.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a display unit located on the substrate and including a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area, and a thin film encapsulation layer sealing the display unit. The display also includes a voltage line formed in the non-display area and surrounding the display area, a metal layer formed of the same material as the voltage line, and a dam surrounding the display area and contacting the voltage line. The voltage line includes a first voltage line disposed in one side of the display area. The first voltage line includes a pair of first end portions and a pair of first connectors respectively connected to the pair of first end portions and extending away from the display area. The metal layer is disposed between the pair of first connectors. The dam contacts the metal layer.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate. A buffer layer is disposed on the substrate. The buffer layer includes a first opening exposing an upper surface of the substrate in a bending region. Pixel structures are positioned in a pixel region on the buffer layer. A fan-out wiring is positioned in the peripheral region and the pad region on the insulation layer structure such that the upper surface of the substrate and the first portion of the buffer layer are exposed. A passivation layer is disposed on the fan-out wiring, side walls of the insulation layer structure adjacent to the bending region, and the first portion of the buffer layer. The passivation layer includes a third opening exposing the upper surface of the substrate in the bending region. A connection electrode is positioned in the bending region on the substrate.
