Abstract:
Methods, computer readable media, and devices for dynamically identifying and associating disparate records are disclosed. One method may include receiving a first set of association criteria, identifying a first source object and a first target object based on the first set of association criteria, creating a first association object indicating an association between the first source object and the first target object, storing the first association object, receiving a second set of association criteria, identifying a second source object and a second target object based on the second set of association criteria, and creating a second association object.
Abstract:
Disclosed are methods, apparatus, systems, and computer program products for escalating community content to an associated case. Characteristics of community content can be compared with rules to generate a customer service case record based on the community content.
Abstract:
Disclosed are database systems, methods, apparatus, and computer program products for escalating data content to an associated database object. For instance, a data content item shared in an online forum can be processed to identify a characteristic. It can be determining whether the characteristic satisfies a first elevation condition identified by one or more data objects. Also, it can be determined whether an identified database record associated with a user satisfies a second elevation condition. Further, it can be determined whether a characteristic of the user satisfies a third elevation condition. When the elevation conditions are satisfied, a database record can be generated or updated to identify at least a portion of the data content item and identify an attribute of the user.
Abstract:
Disclosed are methods, apparatus, systems, and computer readable storage media for providing a persistent feeder component in a user interface to display in near real-time feed items when received in information feeds of online social networks. The feed items can come from feeds of multiple online social networks to be displayed in a single feeder component, and the feeder component may be configured to display proximate to each feed item a graphical indicator identifying the information feed of the feed item. The feeder component can be displayed in one of multiple display formats. The feeder component may also be configured to track activity on an online social network and display a notification when activity on the online social network has met one or more milestones determined by the user.
Abstract:
A method for scoring and ranking knowledge articles in an on-demand service environment in a database network system. The scoring allows users to have input into the scoring to determine relevancy and authenticity to solve particular problems.

Abstract:
Systems and methods are provided for providing positionable dynamic content. A system receives a selection of a part of help options displayed by a user interface. The system identifies content corresponding to the part of help options and a location of a displayed element corresponding to the part of help options. The system loads a tooltip with the content corresponding to the part of help options. The system outputs the tooltip at a position based on the location of the displayed element corresponding to the part of help options via the user interface.
