    摘要: An apparatus and method for controlling the delivery of a pre-determined amount of power from a DC source to an AC grid includes an inverter and an inverter controller. The inverter includes an input converter, an energy storage capacitor, and an output converter. The inverter controller includes an input converter controller and an output converter controller. The input converter controller includes feedforward controller configured to perform a calculation to determine a value for the duty cycle for the input converter such that: (1) the input converter delivers the pre-determined amount of power and (2) the magnitude of a ripple signal reflected into the input source is attenuated toward zero. The input converter controller may also include a quadrature corrector configured to determine the effectiveness of the calculation in attenuating the ripple and to adaptively alter the calculation to improve the effectiveness.

If the network is not activated, a utility is used to perform the activation. Further, the status of registration with a provider is determined. The registration file is then received from the server. The registration file is executed on the personal computer. Data gathered by the registration file is then returned to the service provider's server to complete the registration procedures.

    摘要: An integrated wind turbine acoustic-noise and shadow-flicker recognition system, comprising monitors located at nearby locations and base-units installed in each wind turbine, is described. The system comprehensively addresses neighbors' concerns with potential sound- and flicker-based nuisance emissions. Each monitor includes a computer processor; a microphone and light-monitor; a two-way communication system for interaction with the base-unit; and a set of indicator-lights. Each base-unit includes a computer processor; a two-way communication system for interacting with local monitors; plus a display, data-ports, and programming interfaces. Collectively, computer processors in the monitors and base-units jointly assess acoustic, optical, and turbine operating data to signal a mitigation event. The methods used to determine a mitigation event are based on a unique signature-recognition methodology that relies on analysis of data received at both the turbine and at the monitored location.

    摘要: A method of rendering a web page at a client computer identifies a web page selected by a user. The web page references a loadable script that is separate from the web page. The script includes executable code and function definitions. While rendering the web page in a browser or other client resident application, a variable is instantiated to retain information on web page events occurring at the client computer. The script loads asynchronously so that the web page is operable within the client computer system while the script is being loaded. Before the script is fully loaded, one or more command strings representing functions defined in the script are inserted into the variable. After the plurality of function definitions in the script are loaded, one or more functions in the script corresponding to the one or more command strings that were inserted into the variable are executed.
