Abstract: A data-processing method includes an information display step, a position selection step, and a processing step. A processor displays, on a display, position information indicating a positional relationship between two or more positions in a three-dimensional space including an object on the basis of position data indicating the two or more positions in the information display step. The processor selects at least one position included in the two or more positions in the position selection step. The processor processes meta-data associated with a still image in the processing step. The still image is associated with the at least one selected position.

Abstract: An image display method includes a determination step, a generation step, and a display step. A processor refers to a reference model indicating a figure expanding two-dimensionally or three-dimensionally in a three-dimensional space including two or more points and determines whether or not a positional relationship between each of the two or more points and the reference model meets a condition that is set in advance in the determination step. The processor generates an image and differentiates a display state of a pixel corresponding to a first point from a display state of a pixel corresponding to a second point in the generation step. The first point meets the condition, and the second point does not meet the condition. The processor displays the image on a display in the display step.

Abstract: A display control unit is configured to display a second image on a display. The second image is an image of a subject seen in a first direction from a first viewpoint. A reference figure calculation unit is configured to calculate a reference figure on the basis of three-dimensional coordinates of at least two points that have been set on the basis of at least one reference point. A viewpoint calculation unit is configured to calculate a second direction and a second viewpoint on the basis of the reference figure. An image generation unit is configured to generate a third image that is a three-dimensional image of the subject seen in the second direction from the second viewpoint. The display control unit is configured to display the third image on which information representing a position of the reference figure has been superimposed on the display.

Abstract: In this endoscope apparatus, an imaging optical system is disposed in a distal end of an endoscope insertion unit. An measurement processing unit performs a measurement process by the principle of triangulation on the basis of an image corresponding to an optical image obtained via an imaging optical system and camera parameters of a first position and a second position. A reliability determination unit determines the reliability of the measurement process. The measurement process is based on a measurement point set in the image corresponding to the optical image obtained via the imaging optical system at the first position. A notification control unit sends a notification to prompt a user to perform an operation of moving the distal end in a direction from the second position toward the first position when the reliability determination unit determines that the reliability is low.

The imaging device further includes a plurality of second pixels generating second pixel signals based on fourth light of a fourth wavelength band transmitted through a second optical filter that is capable of transmitting the fourth light. A light source outputs illumination light including only fifth light of a fifth wavelength band and sixth light of a sixth wavelength band not overlapping the fifth wavelength band.
