Abstract: An electric actuator includes: a motor unit; a speed reducer; a circuit board; a busbar; and a housing. The housing has a motor case and a circuit board case attached to one side of the motor case in an axial direction. The circuit board case has a bottom wall blocking an opening of the motor case. The bottom wall has a bottom wall through-hole that penetrates through the bottom wall in the axial direction on an outer side beyond the speed reducer in the radial direction. A busbar has a busbar main body section, a coil line connecting section to which a coil line extending on one side in the axial direction from a coil is connected, and a connection terminal section. The connection terminal section extends to one side of the bottom wall in the axial direction via the bottom wall through-hole and is connected to the circuit board.

The control unit includes a motor rotational-angle determination unit that determines a rotational angle of the motor shaft based on the output-shaft rotating command, the rotational angle being necessary for rotating the output shaft from a rotation starting position to a rotation ending position, and a motor driving unit that rotates the motor shaft by the rotational angle determined by the motor rotational-angle determination unit.

Abstract: An electric actuator includes: a motor part, having a motor shaft that extends in an axial direction and is rotated in both directions; a deceleration mechanism, connected to the motor shaft; a circuit board, electrically connected to the motor part; an output part, having an output shaft to which rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted through the deceleration mechanism; a sensor magnet, attached to the motor shaft; and a motor part sensor, detecting a magnetic field of the sensor magnet and detecting rotation of the motor shaft. The motor part has a rotor magnet that is fixed to the motor shaft. The rotor magnet and the sensor magnet each have multiple magnetic poles in a circumferential direction around the motor shaft. The magnetic poles of the rotor magnet and the magnetic poles of the sensor magnet are disposed to be shifted from each other in the circumferential direction.

Abstract: An electric actuator includes: a motor unit that has a motor shaft and a rotor main body; a speed reducer; a circuit board; an output section; a detection target section; a motor unit sensor; a preload member; and a support section. The motor shaft passes through a through-hole and penetrates through the circuit board in an axial direction. The detection target section is attached to a portion, which protrudes to one side in the axial direction beyond the circuit board, of the motor shaft. The detection target section faces a surface of the circuit board via a gap. The motor unit sensor is fixed to a portion, which faces the detection target section via a gap, of a surface of the circuit board. The preload member applies a preload to the motor shaft toward the other side in the axial direction and presses the motor shaft against the support section.

A motor shaft of the motor unit and an output shaft of the output section are disposed apart from each other in a radial direction of the motor shaft. A rotor main body of the motor unit is fixed to a portion on the other side of the motor shaft in the axial direction. The output shaft has a cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction of the motor shaft and having an opening section on the other side in the axial direction. The driven shaft is inserted and connected to the output shaft via the opening section from the other side in the axial direction. The output shaft is disposed at a position overlapping the rotor main body in the radial direction.
