摘要： A display assembly with dielectric filters is presented herein. The display assembly includes a light source assembly, a dielectric filter array, and a modulation layer. The light source assembly generates laser light in multiple color channels, and each color channel is associated with a different laser emission spectrum. The dielectric filter array includes respective sets of reflective dielectric filters for each color channel. Each set of reflective dielectric filters is matched to the different laser emission spectrum such that reflective dielectric filters in each set transmit light in the different laser emission spectrum and reflect light outside of the different laser emission spectrum. The modulation layer is positioned between a first electrode layer patterned on the dielectric filter array and a second electrode layer. The modulation layer modulates light from the dielectric filter array based on emission instructions applied via the first and second electrode layers to form an image.

摘要： A device includes a micro-organic light emitting diode (μ-OLED) display panel and an electronic component. An electrical connector electrically couples the μ-OLED display panel and the electronic component. A standoff is disposed between the electronic component and the μ-OLED display panel. The standoff physically couples the electronic component and the μ-OLED display panel with a gap therebetween. The gap thermally decouples the electronic component from the μ-OLED display panel. A U-shaped heat sink can be disposed in the standoff, and heat generated by the μ-OLED display can be mitigated by a system fan when a U-shaped heat sink is disposed in the standoff.

摘要： A power supply unit adapts based on an image to be displayed by a display panel. The power supply unit includes a controller circuit for generating a power control signal, and a power supply circuit for generating one or more power supply voltages having a waveform based the power control signal. The controller circuit receives a set of configuration parameters from a display device and generates the power control signal based on the set of configuration parameters. The configuration parameters are stored in a look-up table of the display device.

摘要： Embodiments relate to a display device including two or more sections of pixels in a display area powered by supply voltages in power rails. The display device also includes two or more power detection circuits connected to two or more locations along the power rails to detect local voltages at the locations. Depending on an image being display during a frame, the two or more sections of pixels may cause changes in local voltages at the two or more locations. The detected local voltages are provided to two or more voltage regulators, and the two or more voltage regulators update supply voltages provided to the power rails to compensate for the changes in the local voltages.
