Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a communication method, and a communications apparatus and system. User equipment can communicate with the network device by using a plurality of beams, the plurality of beams include a first beam and at least one second beam, the first beam is a serving beam used by the user equipment to listen to control information, and the second beam is a beam other than the serving beam. The method includes: determining, by the user equipment, that the serving beam is blocked; and obtaining, by the user equipment, a first message from the network device by using the first beam or the second beam.

Abstract: A method includes: configuring, by an eNB, a same uplink contention resource for multiple UEs; sending, by the UE, an SR to the eNB by using an SR symbol in the uplink contention resource, and sending uplink data to the eNB by using a shared symbol in the uplink contention resource; receiving, by the eNB, the SR sent by the UE by using the SR symbol in the uplink contention resource; and receiving, by the eNB, the uplink data sent by the UE by using the shared symbol in the uplink contention resource. This resolves a problem that when multiple UEs send uplink data to an eNB by using a same uplink contention resource and a contention collision occurs, the uplink contention resource is totally wasted.

Abstract: In a cell handover method and system, after receiving a pre-handover instruction sent by a first eNB, a random access preamble is sent by the UE, and a radio bearer corresponding to a second eNB is established by the UE, according to configuration information in the pre-handover instruction. The UE receives a timing advance that is usable by the UE in performing uplink synchronization with the second eNB and an uplink indication message that indicates an uplink resource that is usable by the UE in communications with the second eNB.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to a TTI configuration method, a device, and a system, so as to resolve a problem that there is no method for configuring a short TTI. The TTI configuration method includes: receiving, by a network device, TTI request information, where the TTI request information indicates a TTI length requested to be used; and responding to the TTI request information, and sending TTI indication information, where the TTI indication information includes at least one of the following information: a TTI length assigned by the network device, effective moment information, start symbol location information, and enabling confirm information of the TTI length. Embodiments of the present disclosure are applied to LTE communication.

Abstract: A wireless communication method, a terminal device, and a network device are provided.
