    Abstract: A method specifically includes, in a human-computer dialog interaction process, when a server performs slot extraction on user discourse, if there is a slot corresponding to which information fails to be extracted and the slot is an optional key slot, the server asks the user a question to determine whether the information corresponding to the slot is necessary. If the information is necessary, the server further extracts the information corresponding to the slot. If the information is unnecessary, the server does not extract the information corresponding to the slot.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a video stream switching method. The method includes: A transmission device receives a plurality of video streams of a first video and a plurality of video streams of a second video; sends the plurality of video streams of the first video through target output ports respectively corresponding to the plurality of video streams of the first video; after receiving a switching instruction, determines switching reference information of a reference end-of-frame packet of each video stream of the first video and the second video, and then determines switching reference information of a switching packet of the video stream; and switches from the plurality of video streams of the first video to the plurality of video streams of the second video based on the switching reference information of the switching packet of each video stream.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, an apparatus and a system for playing a targeted advertisement. An access switch receives an IGMP join packet sent by a user end, snoops the IGMP join packet, and obtains a first mapping relationship; establishes a first multicast forwarding entry according to the first mapping relationship and a pre-saved second mapping relationship between the access port and a virtual local area network of a targeted advertisement user group; and receives an advertisement media stream sent by an access router, and forwards the advertisement media stream to the targeted advertisement user group by using the access port corresponding to the virtual local area network of the targeted advertisement user group according to the first multicast forwarding entry. In this way, the problems that placing precision of a region-targeted advertisement is low and audience rating is poor in the prior art is solved.
